I hired him. During the process, everything happened exactly as Mr. Leonard said it would. Mr. Leonard kept me fully advised as to everything, and truly delivered an excellent result. If you are reading this review, you may have a tax concern, which is very stressful. All I can say is, unlike many professionals, who do not deliver, Mr. Leonard resolved my situation for less than I had expected to pay, and with a result which was very favorable.
