LA Faux Grass Synthetic Turf

We’d been thinking about getting artificial turf for years, and ever since the drought began, we’d let our lawn go very brown much to our neighbors consternation. When Burbank added artificial turf to it’s drought rebate program we started collecting bids. For the most part the costs of various vendors were comparable and there were several contractors we liked. They all had decent looking products, but La Faux Grass owner, Terry, pointed out that some of the samples we had were only 60lbs, not the 80lbs he was offering. Translation– better, tougher turf.
One of my neighbors was going through the same process and happened to drive by when Terry was showing us samples so she had him come to her house next. We both agreed LA Faux Grass’s product was superior, and they were willing to work within our budget. Terry was great at communicating with us through the whole process, and his crew was super professional and left no mess behind. The lawn looks and feels great. Love walking barefoot on it. Our white dog is actually staying white! Our lawn has gone from being really hideous, to the envy of our neighbors.

Over 8 years ago, I replaced the grass in my back yard with synthetic grass from L.A. Faux Grass. Even with 2 dogs, it has held up well. I contacted Terry again for an estimate to replace the front lawn. The selection of available synthetic grass has significantly improved over those 8 years. Terry was just as courteous and polite as I remembered. I did obtain 2 estimates prior to contacting L.A. Faux Grass. Both estimates were between $ 2000 to $ 3000 higher than this Company. I am EXTREMELY satisfied with my new lawn, and highly recommend this Company.

We are really happy with our turf and the speed with which it was installed. Terry, the rep who sold us the product and oversaw the project, was a likable guy too. I shopped around a lot and LA Faux Grass’s ratio of price to quality was the best by far. The 92 oz olive grass we ordered was heavier and thicker than most competitors’ products, looked better (in our opinion), and yet their quote was the cheapest we received. It was pretty much a no-​brainer for us.

I was so tired of looking at my dead grass in my front yard due to the drought and water conservation. When I was out walking my dogs I saw the best looking grass at an apartment building. I had to touch it and was surprised to see that it was artificial. I got the name of the company and called for a quote. LA Faux Grass owned by Terry was the best choice ever. He is so good at what he does and willing to make sure you are pleased. I got my quote and LA DWP approved me for a rebate so my cost was half. My neighbors are coming over and asking about my lawn. They say it is beautiful. I know.

We had just replaced our entire lawn with turf (2,700 sqft) and we love it. Our neighbors have have been asking us about it. LA Grass have been really easy to work with and they have done an OUTSTANDING job.
I’mI have got a few quotes and they were the best quote and the waiting period was only weeks out compared to the other companies. Also, this was the ONLY company that was able to complete their work in 3 days compared to a week. It difficulty have contractors at our home for long period of time but they made it was and quick.
What was the BEST part is that I was able to get 80 oz grass compared to the 60−75oz from the other companies for their prices. Way to go LA Grass and we enjoy ever minute of it just sitting on the lawn/​turf.

We recently (2 weeks ago) went with LA Faux Grass for our rear yard turf removal and artificial grass installation and we love it!
We have an invasive tree we’re fighting in the backyard, small kids, and a relatively shady area. But we live in the Valley, and sun and heat is still a concern for us. The owner, Terry, had several different samples that we could look at. It was nice that he had a variety of price ranges that have different qualities. We were able to choose a higher quality, low reflective grass that didn’t get as hot in the sun to meet our needs. He really knew a lot about the varieties and was able to explain things very clearly. He was even able to provide smaller yards we could drive by to look at their installation (front yards).
He was very precise about measuring the accurate square footage to ensure an accurate quote, was easy to work with in terms of booking his crew, and once the date was set, our backyard was done in a day! So far, we love it!
All in all, I feel that working with Terry was very easy. He was very above board, easy to get a hold of, and very willing to work with us. I’d recommend him!
