I’ve always wanted to stop inside the children’s store on topanga with the tipi outside. Once I knew I was expecting a baby girl I was so excited to make a visit to Joseph’s store. I came across a few gliders but one caught my eye. He had a great selection of fabrics and colors which made it easy to match the rest of my furniture. His items are definitely one of a kind and made with taste. Also a nice place to pick up gifts for birthdays or baby showers.

The Midwest man that complains there aren’t enough Wal-​Marts in SoCal chooses a crib only sold in two boutiques within an hour drive. He wants something stately and grand for his child because «square modern cribs give kids low self-​esteem.» Thanks Dadzilla. Joey Baby was our only option in securing this crib and thankfully he came through for us! We ordered over the phone, sight unseen. Thankfully all was well with the communication between Joey, the manufacturer and myself. We had the crib delivered and assembled on the promised date, at the estimated time. It’s beautiful!

Joseph Wahl Arts is my go to spot when I need anything made out of wood. Joseph is extremely helpful and talented. Over the years, we have bought several pieces from him ranging from custom desks, beds, and tables, to small items such as tissue box covers and waste baskets. The quality of his work and the finishes are beautiful and continue to look amazing throughout years of daily use. He has many designs to choose from, but best of all, you can come in with an idea, and he will sketch out your vision and build it! I highly recommend going to Joseph Wahl Arts. I think every room in our house has at least one item made by him. You will not be disappointed!

My wife and I recently found out that we are having a baby so we started to shop around for our new addition. Wow, we are so happy that we found Joseph Wahl Arts! The owner is incredibly helpful and offers the kind of customer service that you will never forget. The store is rich with high quality reasonably priced baby/​kids furniture and vintage toys. We were delighted that the owner took his time to educated us on the different products that he is able to order and which items we could spend less on without sacrificing quality. He is also an artist and does amazing work! My suggestion is that you don’t make the same mistake we did and look here last. Had this been the first place that we went we would not have gone anywhere else!

Couldn’t be happier to have this store just a few miles from home. For years I’ve passed by wondering what kind of stuff they sell, but never had a reason to go inside. Now that we’re expecting I not only had a reason, but I nearly slammed on my breaks when I recognized a crib that I’ve been researching in the window! I stopped in and spoke with the owner Joseph (who is incredibly friendly and helpful) and decided to purchase my crib that day. He also carries the best lines like Ergo carriers and Aden and Anais bedding as well as unique and handmade gifts and baby supplies. I had to restrain myself from buying so much more since my baby isn’t due for 4 months, but I’ll be back!

Joseph Wahl Arts is a amazing place for furniture. not only does he sell the furniture, but he can re do any thing and make it exactly how you want. i brought in a picture of a vanity i saw online and wanted. he redid a desk and mirror to look identical to the picture i showed him if not better. he made it more beautiful than i could have ever imagined. i am beyond obsessed with the work he put in and did to make my desk /​vanity perfect! the way he made it so antiquish and old like it was 500 years old is amazing. i am so So SO happy and would recommend his store and his services to anyone. thank you for making me exactly what i wanted! AMAZING!!!

This place is a Gem!!! If you are looking for a unique gift. This place has amazing finds from beautiful gift baskets, baby clothes, retro~vintage toys to super cool baby~kids furniture. Great quality, craftsmanship, and hand picked goodies from all over the world without the big price tags… Love it!

Woodland Hills is so lucky to have a lovely new art gallery, the lifelong dream of our own Joseph Wahl, himself an accomplished artist. The gallery is adjacent to the antique/​custom furniture store, where Joseph sells his collection of antiques from all over the world (especially Europe) and builds furniture. The gallery boasts a collection of Pissarro drawings! Also a nice selection of 1930’s-40’s landscapes, but I am most impressed with watercolors/​paintings by local artist Pablo Campos.
