So in November 2013 I ordered my daughter letterman jacket and was told once they receive all the patches it will take 6 – 8 weeks… FYI I sent in her patches mid December. And as of today we have yet to receive it. I received a call last week PROMISING a finish date of last Friday… WELL SURPRISE SURPRISE no call and I’ve left several messages and no call has been returned. I well make sure that I don’t ever use this lame company again nor well I ever refer anyone. I’m very upset and utterly discussed with there customer service and lack of concern!
