I have worked with this company for over 5 years. They not only found a renter for me, looked after my property while the renter was in there but also sold my place when I decided to put it on the market. If you want a management company that is hands-​on and will be there for you in any time of need, this is the company for you!

They’ve managed our apartments for over 12 year’s. They seemed to do their job until the last two years. Very disappointed with how books are managed. You might want to shop around.

I had a very positive experience working with Tyson which is why I give them a 5 Star Rating. Every time I reached out to him via phone or email he immediately responded which is extremely rare from my experience and something I truly appreciated. Throughout our whole decision making process he was extremely helpful, patient, and cool. I would recommend Carnahan Dexter Property Management to any of my friends or relatives.

UPDATE:
I am glad that Tyson posted the apology letter that I requested from his father, the President of the company. In addition to my request of the 25.00 credit check.
I would like to make clear that Tyson lied about being the president of the company in addition to lying saying that I was not approved when he told me personally that I was qualified and wanted to rent it to me because he knew I liked the place so much. He is an incredibly dishonest business man and I highly recommend that when it comes to something as important as your living situation do not use them.
