They emailed me telling me they’d refund me months ago and never did. This business lacks management and has poor communication.

I checked this place out and had my makeup done by Jacqueline for a red carpet event and loved everything she did! I was complimented many times and my makeup looked great in person and amaZing in pictures! Highly recommend this place and this artist!

I have had trouble finding a beauty place where they would do my brows correctly. I found this little gem after I heard about it through the village’s grand opening. I Love it! The staff there is so friendly and nice and I love their brow lady Christa! I have done the benefit brow bars in ulta and I find that it’s a hit or miss with them, Here I can have someone do my brows that sees me on a regular basis. For my brows it’s $ 25.00, but they do a really good job not only on brows but on makeup as well. (I’ve had my makeup done there once, and it turned out amazing) Please go give this new place a try if you haven’t already!

I have had 3 services done by Mahsoo and all 3 were excellent. She is a true professional. Very clean and thoughtful.

I have a local photography studio and I was looking for a very flexible way to have clients have makeup done before a session.
A few weeks ago my client wanted to have her makeup done and said she had somewhere she wanted to try. Both she and her daughter went and they were very happy with their makeup. I had a session today and I sent my client for makeup and they did a beautiful job. My clients makeup was flawless and perfectly applied for the Camera. I had worked with Felicia the manager at another place a while back and I know she has great customer skills and also worked for a Rodeo Drive makeup place. It was Win Win for me and my client! Happy People!

I came in for a «full face» application with MIL (who doesn’t speak English) for holiday photos. The receptionist and both make up artists were kind and courteous.
Unfortunately, both of our make up was incomplete and I had correct both of our makeup at home. My MIL had no eyeliner or mascara. Both of our makeup looked flat with serious a case of «foundation face».
I would recommend that you work with your MA and select the colors, products and communicate the look you are going for before starting the application process.

I got a voucher for free lash application so I went in to be greeted by snooty girls who sat at their front desk staring at me blankly.
I said I would like to use my voucher and she said «now?» Yes now, why would I be there.
Two stars because the girl who asked if she can help me to the other girls and was the only pleasant one.
I purchase a tinted moisturizer that was $ 40 and was overcharged. No receipt, they said they would email it to me. No email. Went back to receive the balance difference and again no receipt, she said she would email me again. Of course I received nothing.
If I don’t see the balance difference will credited back to me within the next couple of days I’m reporting them to the better business bureau.

I went to Blushington for the first time yesterday Oct 28^th. I was very excited to try their services because I’ve heard great things.
I have a girl that I have been using for years for my brows. She had a baby days ago, so she was not free. So, I scheduled a brow wax, brow tint, lash tint. My usual.
All went well while I was there. I even tipped the girl 20 $ because she was sweet, we spoke of her son, and my brows and lashes looked good.
I did however leave with severe redness. I am a redhead with pale skin, and this is typical and usually fades between 30 mins to an hour.
A few hours later, I knew something was WRONG. My skin still felt so so bad. It felt like someone was holding a lighter to my eyelids. My skin is literally peeled off around my eyes. See pics.
I have never had this kind of reaction. I have gone through options of maybe I’m allergic to the wax, or maybe it was too hot. However, when it comes down to it, I am left wondering why I was waxed WHERE I was waxed.
As you can see in the pics… I had wax applied down to my lids! And on the sensitive area beside the eye. My brows were a mess from not seeing my girl for a month or so, but… in those areas, shouldn’t tweezing be used? At the time I do remember thinking it was odd, but… she was a professional. She must know what she is doing. But I truly have never been waxed that close to my eyes.
The pictures were take today Oct 29^th. A whole 24 hours later. They are SO red, raw. They are starting to blister. I am honestly thinking of maybe going to the doctor. It hurts! AND not to mention I booked a role on an ABC show that films tomorrow! UGH!
I don’t want the girl to get in any kind of trouble, but I also want to note this issue. Like I said, the tinting looks great. And to be honest, I will likely go back for makeup services. But think twice about waxing here. I honestly think I am done with waxing forever.
UPDATE; I was contacted by the manager and she told me she refunded the service and I get a service free. It was very nice and considerate. It wasn’t even asked for. I will be back for sure. (Probably for makeup only though! Haha) But, it’s nice they want to make it right).

I made an appointment to get my makeup done before my wedding at the courthouse. I was immediately greeted and asked if I wanted champagne. Why yes, thank you!
Tabitha did my makeup and she was fantastic! I love her so much! I told her I never wear make up and didn’t want anything heavy. She just used some tinted moisturizer and light eye make up and it made me feel beautiful before my wedding. She did the most amazing job. She knew exactly what to do and was so nice! She is the absolute best! For the price I feel like i got a great deal! Thank you so much!

I stopped in to look at a few products from lines I knew Blushington carries before getting ready for a wedding. I’m a longtime fan of the West Hollywood location. An artist and the receptionist suggested I get my makeup done, but I explained that I was in a time crunch and didn’t want to spend the money. They suggested I get my eyes done, because it’d be just 15 minutes and $ 20. I agreed, because that sounded like a pretty good deal.
30 minutes later, after the receptionist had already charged my card, she tells me that she got the price wrong, and the service was actually $ 30 (I’d also bought some product and thought the price difference was due to that). I told her if I’d known it was $ 30, I wouldn’t have gotten it done. She apologized, but that was about it. I didn’t have the time to make much of a fuss, particularly as she’d already charged my card.
The eye makeup looked good, but for twice as long and 1.5 times as costly, not worth it.

This is a much bigger space than the Hollywood location and it’s really nice. I had my makeup done by Tabitha. She was amazing!!! I am very picky about my makeup and she really heard me out. I asked for no foundation so she used a lovely tinted moisturizer. The eye makeup she did was stunning and she asked me every step of the way if I liked what she did. She reassured me many times that if I didn’t like it, she would change it. So many artists make you feel guilty about wanting to make a change if you don’t like something but Tabitha was so easy going and patient. At the end, the makeup was fantastic. I have found my makeup artist!!!

I had an event to go to Monday night. Booked an appointment to have a runway /​red carpet look. Jojo was amazing! was very skilled. i loved what she did for my eyes. she really made the most of my features. I felt I looked my best.

Blushington was a beautiful experience for me! This location was even more gorgeous after going to the west hollywood location. Silva did my makeup and I absolutely loved it! She’s the best makeup artist I’ve had by far and I would recommend her to everyone!

I did my makeup with Ms. Silva Ayrapetyan for my engagement and I loved it! I will definitely be booking her for my wedding! Thank you for enhancing my beauty and making me feel like a Queen on one of my special and most memorable days! She did exactly what I asked for and more! I looked refreshed and younger, what else can a girl ask for? Unlike other makeup artists I’ve been to, she does not cake on the makeup, she knows exactly how much makeup to use and her technique is on point! She is also very gentle and cares about your skin. Thank you Silva! I’d recommend her for any of your special occasions, or even for a special night out! Prices are also affordable compared to other makeup salons I’ve been too. Thank you!!!
