Supercuts

Not sure if this place read the miserable reviews and turned it around — but my experience twice has been very friendly, clean, professional and quick too. I like a basic, clean haircut — a bit old fashioned yes — but finding someone who knows and cares about cutting mens hair is not as easy as it sounds.
My favorite hair cutter moved away — but I think I have a new favorite now in Alexis.

The place sucked. They cut my hair poorly and then proceeded to cut my neck with a cheap trimmer.

I used to be a regular customer. But one night I came in to get my haircut and there were three employees working. it was me and one other guy waiting in line and a guy in the back getting his haircut. Guy in front of me went ahead and got his haircut. an employee told me it would be another 15 minutes before I get my haircut. She then proceeded to leave to go to lunch or home or whatever. No big deal I can I can wait 15 minutes. one of the employees was almost done with the other customer in the store. and I’m sure I would be next. however after she was done with her customer she proceeded to clean up her area and tell me I show up it should just be a little bit longer. so all that was left was me I got it was in front of me and one employee. I know that the guy in front of me was getting a lot of work done and it was over half an hour until I finally gave up and left. I understand when you have to leave because of overtime or what not but 5 o’clock is not the time to leave one employee alone in your store when most people come to get their haircut after work. It’s just bad business. Especially on a Friday night guys are getting off work wanting to get a haircut before they go to the club or whatever and you’re going to leave the store with one employee it just doesn’t make sense to me I’ll be going to another hour or so or whatever I can find other than this place.

This place is flat out sucks and the employee s are rude and very condescending. Even thought I had a appointment, they didn’t care. And the hair stylist couldn’t follow simple directions. After I told her twice she got upset at me. wouldn’t recommend anyone this place. Just a bad and terrible customer service experience

I’ve been going to this Supercut’s for years and think they do a great job. I’ve seen both Alexis (for color and haircuts) and Theresa for haircuts and have always been completely satisfied with not only the haircare I’ve received, but their warm and welcoming approach — as a matter of fact I actually look forward to going in. I’ll also add that I feel they deserve to get paid a lot more than they probably do. I’ve had my hair cut and colored at high end places that don’t do as good a job as these two do. Supercuts is lucky to have them.

My hair texture is fine… I need a stylist with the expertise to deal with it AND make me look good… I’ve found Alexis is FABULOUS! I’ve been a client for several years now and she consistently works magic with my hair while giving me «style»…THANK YOU, ALEXIS! I strongly recommend SuperCuts and Alexis.

I’ve gotten a couple little boys haircuts with Teresa, she does a good job. Always looks decent and she has been there for at least a year.
I recently made an appointment with Teresa at 10:30a because that was when she started. I was dismayed to arrive 5 minutes early and find her washing someone else’s hair. Nobody apologized for the delay or said how long it would take. Just, «it should be soon.» I thought it was plain rude. I left and am not going back. I guess all my business will be at Salon Dazzle.

I went here to get my hair cut before my ninth grade party, and I’m never going back again.
I went here, and I was serviced promptly, but holy hell that was a bad haircut! I asked for a No. 2 Caesar Cut, which I normally get at the Great Clips (13 620 NE 175^th St Ste 102, Woodinville). However, the stylist gave me a buzzcut, and it looked terrible. I’ve never had a worse hair cut in my life, honestly. Once she started, I really couldn’t do anything but watch in horror, as my ninth grade party was in an hour. She then tried to fix her mistake by gelling my hair, which didn’t help.
If anyone wants photographic proof of bad haircuts, I’m happy to provide that.
In all, I do NOT recommend this place.
The Hair Masters (14 166 Woodinville-​Duvall RD, Woodinville) by the QFC offers a lot higher quality haircuts, for around the same price. I’d highly recommend AVOIDING this place, and going to the Hair Masters. :)
