T-Mobile

I’m really surprised that there isn’t any reviews of this T-​mobile location. Well, then I’ll be the first. I recently became a T-​mobile customer, coming from Verizon Wireless. I have nothing bad to say of Verizon, I was their customer for over 10 years. But it was time for a financial change, being that T-​mobile has better offers and you can possibly safe a Lil bit of cash. Well, in the short time that I’ve been their customer I’ve had a few mishaps with the phones, things that happen that are out our control. And every single time I’ve gone to this location which is also in the area where I reside, their customer service has been OUTSTANDING! From day one when my son and I became customers their services have been unbelievably wonderful. Stewart which is the manager and the other manager, and Santiago, and the females that work there, are fantastic. Santiago was amazing, he did everything he could to help solve my issues. Next day I had to go back to transfer from one phone to another, and this time it was Stewart, he went ABOVE AND BEYOND… he was awesome. I’d honestly say this is one excellent location in Queens NY. I’d definitely recommend anyone that wants really excellent customer service to come to this location. If you go when is busy, don’t get impatient, they do take their time with their customers, but it’s all worth it!
