Not my usual place. Went here to get my eyebrows threaded during my lunch break. The lady did a nice job. Told her exactly how I wanted it.

Great place. Only minus one star bc I am still on the hunt to find the PERFECT threading spot, but I’m a perfectionist w my eyebrows so super hard to please. This place comes really close though.

— never a wait (at least when I’ve gone which is usually on the weekends)
— great service: the ladies are very nice and not too harsh and the end result is always impressive
— also very close to the J train so super accessible

I only came here because it’s Monday and I forgot that my brow place is closed and I live on Long Island so this hour long trip to queens wasn’t easy. Anyway I specifically asked them to not make my brows thin and that’s exactly what I got. One brow is fine because it’s my naturally good one but the other is all messed up since she took more hair from the bottom than needed. She did my lip wax which was $ 3 so hey why not. Anyway I would never come back but it was okay

Great place, no wait most of the time. The staff is nice and this is the only place that actually listens when I say go slow and don’t make it thin lol so far it’s been a few months since I found this place and my eyebrows have shaped up beautifully hopefully I don’t jinx it haha ;)

I’ve been coming to Sumi’s for roughly 6 years now. Since the day my cousin took me to this place, I have remained loyal and refuse to go anywhere else.
Every single one of these incredibly talented ladies does a standup job on my eyebrows. They are quick, efficient and friendly. Without fail, I get a stream of compliments on my eyebrows once I get them threaded here.
They take Visa and Mastercard, which is a huge bonus when you don’t have cash but need a touch up desperately.
If you’re in the Woodhaven area, visit Sumi’s. Don’t trust your beloved eyebrows with anyone else!
