My wife bought me an expensive bike from there. Love the bike. Even came in to buy an expensive basket for the rear. Real nice. The bike also comes with a Tune up for free after you buy it. It took me two years to get back to get the tune up. They said it expired. After spending $$$$ bucks there being late it would not be a problem but they wanted to charge me. Put it back on the bike rack on my car. Just thought it really would not be an issue considering the among spent there.

There are actually two locations. The original in Lincoln Park and Woodhaven. The place is pretty cluttered, but staff is very knowlegable about all types of two wheeled transportation.

Ok, so I’ve been going to Petri’s for a loooong time. To begin, this store is actually located in Woodhaven on Allen Rd just north of West Rd. I used to take my road racing bike and wheels there all the time and purchased a Haro trick bike there a couple yrs ago.
They have a nice selection of bikes for all people whether you’re looking for a road bike, mtn bike, kiddie bike, or you’re like me and want a trick bike to ride around the neighborhood and jump curbs!
A family owned/​orientated business for a long time, the Petris are great folks to deal with!
