I have several friends who really enjoy the pedi’s here and often get very neat designs. That said, I have been here several times and do not think they are worth it at all. It feels very assembly line to me, like they are simply looking for a way to get the most people through. After having my feet soaking, while waiting for a nail tech, I have been asked to change chairs so they could see two people together (I understand that they wanted to be together, but I thought this was a bit rude)
When I ask for a design, I always seem to get very basic ones, I’m not sure how my friends end up with polka dots, etc.
I have brought my teen in for a pedi and she was charged the regular rate and they didn’t do everything that they did to me (we were actually sitting right next to each other this time). When I pointed out that they actually gave her the «student» pedi as described in their brochure, they told me I was wrong and that they gave her the one that I had only she couldn’t get the paraffin dip because she was under 18. (To me this would be a difference)
Over all I have not been happy with their services and will not be going back when my friends do.

The space is large and sterile, kind of like they took a warehouse and set down some pedicure chairs and manicure stations. I wouldn’t consider it a relaxing, spa environment.
Yet, the manis and pedis are cheap, so I was hoping to make this my regular spot, and then i’d ‘upgrade’ to a nicer spot when I felt like pampering myself.
The pedis are okay — the chairs are comfy and the pedis include a paraffin dip.
The manis I’m not as happy with. I usually do a ‘buff’ (which is a mani, but instead of polish, they use buffers to make your natural nails shiny). This seems to confuse them. The last time, the lady pulled out a buffing machine which *hurt*! I’m pretty sure it’s normally used on artificial nails.
But, every other customer that has been there when I’ve been there, has had artificial nails. So maybe that’s their specialty?
UPDATE 10÷25÷08: I’m downgrading to two stars, and not sure if I’ll be back. While I was getting a pedi earlier today, I saw one of the techs use the same nail tools on two different customers without cleaning the tools.
