The Woodbury Chevrolet service department deserves a big Thank You! I am a very occasional customer because I live a significant distance away. I have never purchased a vehicle from them. Last week I experienced what appeared to be a major problem with the engine performance of my Hummer. I called them from the road, they helped me understand what occurred and how to stabilize it long enough to drive to them(on Saturday). So, I avoided a very costly tow. Turns out that GM issued a technical bulletin that covered the repairs at no cost, and they also told me about a recent safety recall unrelated to the engine problem. All was covered by GM at no cost including labor. Since it was Saturday and the parts would not be available until at least Tuesday, they offered me a brand new Chevrolet to use. They didn’t have to do that as GM would not cover it. If I were regular customer and/or purchased a vehicle from them, I would expect the service and consideration they extended me. These guys really under the meaning of Customer Service! Thank you.
