I have no complaints about this location– but I also don’t have any great sensation to go here often. I had went here recently to return something– of course there was a terrible line, but I feel like that’s the case with most Old Navy’s. I ended up finding a really cute shirt for St Patties Day that was on sale for $ 5– so that was neat. They have hit or miss sales. Merchandise is hit or miss as well. I typically don’t buy any female V necks or plain T shirts from Old Navy in general because they fall apart and fade after one wash.

Depending on what time of the day, and what day you actually go in, they’re either really clean or really disorganized. I tend to shop on off days like mid-week to avoid crowds and I’ve been lucky at this location. The staff is decent and so is the selections. The only issues I have it the dressing rooms. They ALWAYS look like a tornado swept threw them. Clothes everywhere. I don’t know if they go in the rooms as soon as people exit them to check for theft, but if they do, they certainly don’t clean up as they go along. There’s also a plain clothes security guard that works there that is VERY intense. He stares at people in a creepy way. I know it’s his job to watch people, but this guy is just strange with it. He makes me feel a bit uncomfortable. I made mention of it to one of the cashiers and she said they hear that a lot. Glad it’s not just me. That being said, this is location is still much better than the Cherry Hill Mall location.

What is wrong with this location? I feel like it is never stocked well(the toddler section), there is never anyone on the floor to ask questions and the cashiers are terrible. I have never had a cashier experience that went smoothly — they are confused and slow. I’d rather shop online and just have it shipped to me.
