We rented a home from Ken Frank, and then went into a contract for deed on the home. Shortly after, within 2 months, we received a sheriff letter stating the home was in forclosure. We were paying $ 1866 MO and Ken wasn’t paying the mortgage and knew it when we signed the contract for deed. We had to move in the beginning of a school year to a new school district, uprooting 4 kids.
Shame on Ken. He’s a shady individual.
