Dunkin’ Donuts

There’s a couple reasons I’m the first to review this Dunkin’ Donuts: 1) I’m not sure there are many Unilocalers in the Woodbury area, and 2) You can be pretty sure about what to expect when hitting up a franchise that’s pretty much around every corner.
This particular DD deserves its own review for the following downfalls:
* Ordering at the drive thru almost always turns into an annoying variation of a who’s on first skit leaving me screaming something like, «NO! NO HASHBROWNS! JUST A COFFEE! SPLENDA AND SKIM MILK!!!» into the speaker, only to get a reply like, «Soooo… 2 hashbrowns and an iced coffee, extra cream, extra sugar?»
* Because of the above, you never quite know what you’re going to end up with when you drive to the window. It’s often wrong.
* If you decide to forgo the frustrating drive thru exchange and just go inside to place your order, you will be met with the tear-​inducing smell of burning, which will stick to your clothes and hair for the rest of the day.
Really, I am only giving this location 2 stars instead of 1 because for the most part, once my orders are finally settled, the food and coffee is what you’d get at any other Dunkin’ Donuts.
