Dunkin’ Donuts

This is one of my favorite Dunkin Donuts! I go there every morning on my way to work. Never a long wait and my coffee and coffee roll are always on the counter when I walk in. Always greeted with a smile. They really take the time to get to know their regulars.

One of the best Dunkin Donuts in the area. Staff is very friendly and remember my order every time I go in. They know my wife and ask about her often. I will go out of my way to go to this DD.

This DD always has friendly people working there. It’s clean and they get you in and out fast. When it comes to chains, the customer service is what makes one stand out from the others. They all sell the same products, but not all have a good staff or clean stores. You get both here. In fact, it’s not unusual to have them throw an extra doughnut in the bag for you just to be nice. If you’re in the area and need coffee, take an extra minute and maybe drive slightly out of your way to stop by to see them.

It’s hard to explain giving a Dunkin Donuts a 4 star review. I’m not gonna say that everything that they serve in there to eat is horrible. I’ll just say that it’s not what I like.
But, in all honesty, this particular location would get a 5 star review from me with no problem solely for their customer service and quality of drinks that they serve me. I actually drive out of my way to come to this one daily. I wish that I could remember the gentleman’s name who worked there daily (7 days a week) between 1 and 10pm… This dude has an amazing memory. When we pull up in front, by the time that I’ve walked in he has the usual order for my family on the counter waiting. If I come out without the kids, somehow he noticed that they’re not in the car and just have two for myself and my wife… If I’m not driving, he’ll ask my daughter if I’m at work and how am I doing… Extremely personable and very genuine. If there’s such a thing as over tipping for service at a convenience store, this guy deserves it. I top a couple times a day there.
You’d think that I’d remember his name by now, but I’ll update this soon to correct it. I wouldn’t normally make this type of effort. But that’s how impressionable this worker is…
