I have really come to value Rockport shoes. They’re spendy, but high quality. I require a very wide shoe and Rockport shoes meet my needs. When it’s time for new work shoes, I like to buy a black pair and a brown/​tan pair at the same time because I wear them equally. I found a great black pair and the staff contacted partner locations to find a brown pair for me. I paid for both at once, got the sale discount, and the brown pair came soon in the mail. Easy as pie.
1 removed one star because I felt the clerk could have been a bit friendlier, to be honest.

Amazing shoes, but their manager was INSANE! This guy insisted that I buy shoes that were WAY too big for me
Matt the lone salesman who claimed to be the manager and OWNER of the store, (A man in his early to mid-30’s, about 6′ with glasses & a mustache), was going to sell me a $ 125 shoe that I repeatedly told him didn’t fit! I felt that I was treated like an idiot ! I became absolutely irate. He kept insisting that, «I’m right. That’s the right shoe for you. Trust me, it fits you properly».
Even when I was visibly upset & became profane, he never relented continues to insult my integrity & intelligence, & was ready to sell me the wrong shoe simply to satisfy his ego ! I told him this & he never relented or acknowledged that I had a clue that I knew to how buy a pair of shoes after doing so since I was 12 years old (Fifty years !).
