Called ahead on a Friday night, told 10 – 15 minutes. Arrived after 10 minutes, was told pizza not quite finished. 1 customer waiting, not very busy. Watched as they pulled plastic off dough base. They had yet to start my pizza. When order placed asked for no hot peppers. Pizza artist proceeded to apply hot peppers manager reminded him to look at the order, started over. So to recap, called ahead to minimize wait time, foiled by poor customer service, not once but twice, very dissapointed.

Be careful when ordering. Prices on wall are for large pizzas. A ‘regular’ size costs more than a large even though it is smaller. It is very misleading!

This place has to be given credit with their service and pizzas. They have a great staff who seem to go beyond when making a pizza. It doesn’t compare to the other franchises I have been too. They are friendly and know the meaning of customer service.

This place never disappoints. When you need a quick dinner and don’t feel like cooking, Papa Murphy’s in Woodburn makes the best take-​out pizza for the price.
The staff is ALWAYS friendly and quick with tips on cooking or which soda to pair the pizza with. Clean, quick, and delicious!
