Walmart Supercenter

Walmart… are you listening. I LOVE shopping at your store. However, the staff will walk right past you or continue doing what they are doing while you are searching for a product and NEVER ask if you need assistance. I hate that about your stores. You need to hire people who can be of service to the customers. People working in customer service should very well know how to serve the client, not just stock freaking shelves. Of course, this is just my two cents, which I’m sure you don’t think to mean anything… but wait until people start to notice just how unfriendly the workers are and began to blog about it. It is never enough cashiers open to accommodate the shoppers, and I find that they carry different things then the Supercenter in Dumfries, which is where I have to go to get my International Delight Southern Butter Pecan coffee cream because 14 000 Worth doesn’t even carry it!

I never expect much from a Wal-​Mart but this one is exceptionally bad. Ridiculously long lines at the 2 or 3 registers they only ever have open. The store is just disorganized and dirty. Shopping at Wally World is never a trip to Disneyland but this one rates as one of the worst I have ever been in.

This is the worst Walmart ever! The customer service is horrible. I barely ever find exactly what I’m looking for at this location. I have to shop around at other locations. The parking is so hard finding a spot. A woman got upset with me over a parking spot and got out of her car beating mine. Are you for real? There are more important things to get upset about.

Do not buy the produce! Call me a fool, but I’ve had to return the organic kale four times!!! I’ve continued to shop because its location is convenient to my house but now I’m done. Wegmans it is!

The only negative experience I had here was in the photo department. I went to enlarge a 3×5 to a 8×10 and while the guy working the photo counter was helpful, it shouldn’t take almost 20 minutes to scan, enlarge and print a photo. Plus I only wanted an 8×10, but he showed me a 5×7, as if it was on the Waltons, but then proceeded to charge me for it. WTF.
Other than that, it’s a super center so it’s a one stop shop for pretty much all your needs.

Average. Best to go at 5AM. Nobody home. I use their app for local product shopping. Majority of it is more accurate than not being there and searching for it.

I understand Walmart is the best store because of their affordable prices BUT every single time I go to the walmart in Woodbridge, VA the lines are ridiculous! I know Walmart making enough money to hire more cashiers. I know so many people that go to Target because they know Walmart’s lines are extremely long! Walmart should have more cashiers. :)

This walmart drives me crazy. It’s always busy and it seems that there is 3 registers open and a million people to be helped. This walmart is closer to my house but I think I may just drive a little further to the one on 234.

Worst customer service on earth.

It was huge Walmart but packed. Since it was Black Friday, associates were stocking everywhere which made it hard for the customers to shop around and really actually browse things because big cartons blocking almost everything.
Cashiers were available and efficient.

I am horrified. They shouldn’t be legally be allowed to sell fish. There was dead ones everywhere, tanks weren’t clean, and the fish were mentally banging themselves against the tanks.
Never coming here again to support this.

This walmart is awesome in comparison to the one in Alexandria. This location is well lit and clean, making for a decent shopping experience. The employees are very friendly and willing to help. They also have a significantly better selection of things than the Alexandria location and no empty shelves. I really need to start putting in the effort to drive a bit farther and come to this location as it’s always a more pleasant experience.

Worst customer service experience ever! Don’t bother ordering from online and trying to pick it up at this place because they say they have it but then you get there and suddenly they cannot find it. The management is horrible. You would think they would have better customer service than the sales associates at least but wrong. Met them and honestly they could care less. Walmart is Walmart and you get what you pay for. At the same time just because it is Walmart doesn’t mean customer service has to go down the drain.

Be careful which of the two open cashier lanes you choose during busy days.

Oh WOW.
Walmarts are all the same. They are all very dirty and gross and this location is no exception.
They were doing inventory the evening I went and the team of people had no customer service skills or even people skills… «Pardon Me» would have gone along way.
There was trash all throughout the parking lot and the store was in disarray. All I needed what some postcards, but the stress of the filthy store and unfriendly staff was just too much.
Walmart is french for «Go to Target»

Clean store and well organized, given the fact that it is always busy. Customer service is key when you aren’t able to find something, snd this store proved excellent service.
Will be back for sure!

This store is open 24 hours and it’s busy but they manage to stay clean.
8pm to 12 am very busy

I still regularly shop here for groceries and more. They have added natural and organic choices for most of the «dirty dozen» produce. I have also noticed their increasing selection of «Made in the USA» stuff. I think they need to improve their selection of laundry and household cleaning supplies, though.
I am a huge fan of the Savings Catcher ® app, though I am disappointed they recently removed produce and meat from eligibility. They now have an enthusiastic greeter at the door too. Overall, I think this Walmart is actually improving.

This is not my go to Walmart. I actually hate when I don’t have time to drive to Dumfries Walmart and end up at this one it’s it’s just
Pros: super center, lots of parking, typically most if not all the lines are open.
Cons: this location is busy and always well staffed. The last time I was here my cashier was talking with another cashier who was on break the whole time.

A few years ago, this was just a plain old Walmart; then it was remodeled, expanded and morphed into a Walmart Supercenter.
I genuinely believe this is the busiest retailer on Worth Avenue. No matter what the time of day, the parking lot is nearly always full that makes finding a parking space difficult.
It’s the low price of stuff that keeps this Walmart perpetually full and makes the check-​out lines long. Come prepared with lots of patience.
