Worst customer service ever. One woman didn’t even look up from her phone and the other two were worse. The first question was«Do you have insurance?» When I answered«No» they must have assumed that I wanted the $ 69 special. I was told that I had to have a coupon. I asked them if they expected me to go home and print a coupon and return. They answered«yes». I was very insulted and embarrassed. I told them that I would not be back. Does this location only sell«coupon» glasses? They didn’t even attempt to sell me glasses and had no interest in selling me glasses. I went elsewhere and bought 2 pairs of glasses. They lost a big $$ sale.

Terrible terrible customer service… It’s one thing not answering questions, but how rude can you get with your customers? I was quite shocked. The doc was good though.

After visiting this location a few times, I’m wholly underwhelmed by the level of customer service I’ve received. The doctors are fine and friendly but the front desk staff, in particular, one person who’s name I regret not getting, was downright rude. I walked into the store to make an appointment and was ignored for a full 5 minutes while she chose to take phone calls. The woman had an attitude like she couldn’t be bothered. While I was standing there waiting for her to get off the phone I listened to her bad mouth the caller on the phone under her breath. I just can’t patronize a store that employs such rude people. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. There was a young lady who saw me standing there waiting and she tried to help me but as it was her first day she was unaware as to how they scheduled appointments. At least she tried. If you’re ok with shoddy service, go here. The doctors are good enough. Otherwise skip it.

I think you’d be better off elsewhere. The workers there are fine, some friendlier than others. But the selection of frames leaves MUCH to be desired. A lot of no-name or generic brands with a couple of Michael Kors or Vera Bradleys thrown in. I also found the pricing for the generic no name frames to be high. Their prices are high as well. You’d be better off just getting an exam, getting your script and ordering online. Even with insurance, my no name frames came out to $ 80. Skip this place.
