My son has been seen at this location since he was born. He’s almost two now. We’ve never had anything but positive experiences in that time. They are accommodating when making appointments and the front desk staff is helpful. They also don’t charge extra to fill out school physical forms. The wait to see the doctor is about average(usually around 15 minutes). My son has seen a couple of different nurse practitioners, both of whom have been professional and knowledgeable. Any calls we’ve made after hours have been promptly returned by the on call nurse. When we had to take my son to urgent care one Sunday, the office called on Monday to make sure he was ok and see if we needed to schedule a follow up appointment. In my experience, this is a great practice, so much so that I’ve continued to take my son even after moving 20 minutes away.

Nice enough with knowledgable doctors. If you care more about décor than the wellbeing of your child, then maybe this is not your place. They are, though, accommodating and do not have extra fees for common activities like filling out forms. We are seen on-time and our medical concerns are always addressed.

I am not going back anymore. Nobody cares about your kids over there. Front desk loves to argue and pester with billing questions. I have never seen anything like that before. To pester you with billing questions right from the start when you sit in the waiting room with an immuno compromised kid who has high fever waiting for an appointment and then when you ask for a manager to explain problems with billing to hear an answer«you need to find something better to do then to take up our manager’s time». Really? To say that to a parent that was up all night with a sick child? I talked with their front desk manager and she was not much help. I have a private insurance and I have never missed a copay with their practice and I’m taking my business somewhere else. If they treat paying pediatric patients like I can’t imagine how they treat disadvantage ones. This practice is very weird and very unfriendly. Stay away from it.

OK. Care is what you’d expect. Nothing above average. Nothing extraordinary. Staff is friendly but doesn’t really engage beyond the first friendly hello. Lobby is small and boring. Desk area is very boring. Feeling of clutter. Overall clean but no attention to detail. For right now, this place is OK… until I find something better. They accept state insurance, that is why I set up appointments here… otherwise I don’t think I would of picked this place as my top pick. They were very fast though at getting us seen and transferring prescriptions.

Just moved to Woodbridge and start taking my kids to this practice first I called and made a 4 month check up for my daughter and before the appointment my daughter start getting cough and running nose so I call in that morning to get appointment for her and they give me same day appointment after I hang up the phone then they called me back and said I AMSORRYWECANNOTSEEHERBECAUSESHEISNEWPATINT. So I told her my daughter is sick and I am going to bring her in and she needs to seen by the doctor. The front dest person was arguing that no we cannot see her because she is a new to our paretics. so finally they called me back and says I can bring her in. The doctor said she if fine with out any test so a week later I take her again and they said it flu she is having. I AMNOTGOINGANYMORE.

My kids have both been going to the Pediatric Group since they were born, and we love the doctors there. We just recently switched to the Alexandria location though, because the Woodbridge location consistently has a horrible wait time. Alexandria has been a great solution! The wait times are much better, and the doctors are just as great as the ones in Woodbridge.
