My mom ordered flowers for my birthday. She was very specific about it having NO vase (a low centerpiece was ordered) and she paid extra for delivery and confirmation. They left a bouquet of flowers (in a tall cheap vase) on my doorsteps and NEVER rang the bell or called. I was inside my house all day long and they sat on the porch in the sun for HOURS. In addition, she paid way too much for them in my opinion (I’ve seen better arrangements at Wegmans for a fraction of the cost.) Finally, the bouquet was completely wilted within five days even though the stems were trimmed appropriately and always watered. I can’t imagine using this business in the future.
