Lunch was great and the service was great until the server tried to rush my friend and I out. Very rude. Then to top it off, the server mixed up our to go cheesecake slice’s, so therefore my friend and I are stuck with cheesecake we cannot stand. Such a waste of money. Very unhappy.

I have had more issues with this location than I’ve had good experiences. I shy away from dining in at this location because I have, so far, only had one positive server experience. The rest of the time, I’ve had servers(or hostesses) who are rude in direct ways, or who just do not seem to care at all. Asking for something special or specific(such as requesting a booth, or asking for food to be prepared a certain way) has, more often than not, been met with dissonance, attitude, or an attempt to be talked out of what I’m asking for. There was one evening I came for dinner and was met with a rude hostess and a negligent waiter. It was all rather frustrating but my dinner partner and I hoped the food would make up for it. When we found a large piece of plastic wrapper mixed in with the ricotta cheese on a pasta dish, though, we knew that wouldn’t be the case. Mistakes happen and I am aware of that, but it was pretty unsettling. The manager got us a re-made pasta(sans plastic) and two free slices of cheesecake. Having to still pay for the pasta, though, seemed wrong. There have been many times(nearly every time) that I have ordered take out food only to find that something, minor or significant, was wrong with the order. It isn’t that it’s a huge deal to not get all of the fries you ordered, or to get the wrong kind of fries, or the wrong salad, or to get a four cheese pasta that has no cheese at all, but it’s kind of like having someone smack you repeatedly(however lightly) in the exact same spot — eventually you just get tired of it and really want it to stop. When it’s done right, I really like some of the food here, which is why I continue coming back(also it’s either this location or Tyson’s and one is exceptionally closer to me than the other). I’ve had the cost of multiple take out orders refunded to me because of my dissatisfaction with them. While that’s nice, I would really just prefer to get what I ordered the first time, and to get food that was made properly. Also, I’m sure it’s not the most fun thing in the world to be a waiter, but it would be nice to be served by one who didn’t show that so much.

So who doesn’t love cheesecake ?! Not only do they have a WIDE variety of cheesecakes but their food is really good too. The wait is pretty lengthy … especially on Saturday nights. Our wait was about 70 mins for a table for 3. The staff was really courteous but service was a bit slow, which may happen from time to time when you’re that busy. For an appetizer — be sure to try the Thai lettuce wraps; it was to die for! I also like the fact that they serve breakfast all day. I couldn’t resist the create your own omelette :) For dessert I chose the salted caramel cheesecake which was really really sweet but amazing nonetheless. I’ll be back to try all the other tempting cheesecakes for sure!

The cheesecake is amazing. They have s variety of flavors of cheesecake. You can even buy a whole cheesecake. As far as the food. I’m not a big fan. Not a wide enough variety of food selections on the menu. I just come here for the cheesecake.

Too expensive. The food is not that great. Wouldn’t mind paying that much for great food but this is not great food. Service was excellent though!

Came in on Christmas Eve for a drank. The place was surprisingly busy. We ordered the usual drinks with a strawberry cheesecake. The cheesecake was so delicious it pains me to say because I hate everything about The Cheesecake Factory’s food.(Refer to my Clarendon location review and for God’s sake stay away from there!) We went in for just cake and beer so I thought there’s no way that would go wrong. Then the fat kid inside me said FEEDME! So I ordered the Factory Nachos. Huge mistake. It was burned to oblivion and the cheese tasted like they couldn’t ferment it properly so they just added actual mold they found on the floor. Please don’t order the Factory Nachos. We were asked if we wanted a box since we only took a few bites I politely said no thank you. The few bites also gave me wicked heartburn. But that’s not their fault. The cheesecake, beer, and our bartender DeLante(sorry if I butchered the spelling) all get five stars!!! The Factory Nachos with poop get negative stars! This place gets 2 stars but since they were open on Christmas Eve till 11pm to feed me cake and booze, that’s worth an extra star. Seriously this time, I will never order actual food from The Cheesecake Factory tambien! Beer and cake solimente!!!

This is a busy location so be prepared to wait 45 minutes during peak times. And 30 minutes for food. But its worth it — so many different menu choices. I had fish and chips. My party also had chicken panana and chicken enchiladas. All were really good. Service was excellent. And of course cheesecake — wow! A nice dining experience.

Always a LONG wait — but I am a local and this place is at the mall so the wait is to be expected. Host service is tolerable, wait staff is excellent and the food is delicious.

I brought my family here for dinner, The food is usually pretty good with what I consider to be beyond over size portions. This location has an average of a 20 to 30 minute wait and I’ve never had any complaints regarding the food. A complaint I do have is the practice of bringing out plates that have been heated hot enough to melt your skin. I’m all for receiving my meal freshly cooked and hot, but to hand someone a dinner plate hot enough to keep your meal cooking as it’s left the kitchen is ridiculous. During our recent visit the wait staff attempted to set down two of these plates in front of my two-year-old and three-year-old and looked annoyed when I sent the plates back asking for something safe. Only complaint I have regarding this establishment, otherwise it’s a good experience and worth the extra money

I’ve been to this Cheesecake Factory a few times. Both times they weren’t too busy like the Richmond location. Guessing because of the time of day. But all the times I’ve been here the food was good like always. Service was okay, nothing to brag on. But love the cheesecake and food.

First and last time eating at this restaurant! Waited a long time for our order, my order was wrong even the fries were bad… We got our meal free, but it made me realize I won’t go back to try The Cheese Cake Factory.

Food is great but the service was very slow. I truly believe that our server forgot to input our order and simply states that they were very busy. They need to have some kind of system in place where they follow up on orders placed.

Excellent service! Our waitress was very knowledgeable and friendly. All 6 of us didn’t even have to open the menu. She stayed focused and gave great service despite having worked 16 hrs straight! My Cajun jambalaya pasta came quick despite how busy it was. It was delicious, chicken was tender, shrimp was perfect. No complaints, just right. I ordered extra sauce like I always do cause I like my pasta extra saucy. The bacon burgers my buddies ordered were awesome too. They loved them. Someone else at my table ordered tacos and said they weren’t as good as normal, but I’m not sure what his standard of normal was. The mixed drinks were excellent. Cheesecake Factory normally does a great job with these. Not a fan of their beer choices though. I’d like to see craft beer here one day, but this a chain so the gotta stick to their menu. Overall a great experience.

Hungry after a long day of shopping, saw Cheesecake Factory and figured, «Why not?» It’s the Cheesecake Factory, so you pretty much know what to expect: a phonebook-thick menu full of mostly mediocre offerings, average to above-average service, and really good cheesecake. My general rule for chain restaurants with huge menus is to play it safe. Stick to the standards as these are the items that are ordered most often; the cooks have the most experience preparing them and the ingredients are likely to be fairly fresh as they have to be reordered regularly. Seafood(that isn’t dipped in batter and fried) and pretty much anything healthy are always big no-nos in my book. My girlfriend followed the play-it-safe rule and ordered the chicken piccata. I, fresh off my shopping high, decided to throw caution to the wind and have the firecracker salmon with a side of sweet potato fries. Almost immediately after placing the order, I began to have second thoughts.(Why didn’t I just get the fettuccini alfredo like always?) But when the meals arrived, my fears were allayed. My dish, salmon wrapped in spinach and fried in a crispy wonton, was pretty good. The sweet chile sauce that came with was a bit too saccharine for my blood, so I avoided it. Because it was an appetizer, I polished it off pretty quickly and spent the rest the time trying to put a dent in the humongous plate of fries that I received. The gf seemed happy with her meal. Of course the portion was huge, so she boxed up half to take home. The highlight of the meal would be put off for a few hours more. As always, I ordered a slice of strawberry cheesecake for the two of us to enjoy at home. (I rarely dine at CF anymore, but I stop in at least once a month to grab a slice of cheesecake. Strawberry is my go-to, but their more exotic flavors are pretty good as well. Even now, I’m looking forward to pumpkin coming back in the fall. But I digress…) I ordinarily find CF to be a 3-star establishment, and this probably would have been a 3-star meal if not for our server(I wish I had remembered her name). She was sweet, professional, and seemed to always be around without hovering. My gf drinks water like a camel, and at many places, servers give up trying to keep her glass full. Not the case here, as her glass never went empty and all of our other needs were attended to as soon as they arrived. It’s amazing how much the upgrade from adequate server to excellent server impacts the restaurant experience. Thanks mainly to the service, this experience exceeded expectations.

Open on Easter? I was actually really surprised that they were open on Easter Sunday. I know that many restaurants are but didn’t expect Cheesecake Factory to be one of them. The food here is good, we ordered the quesadillas as an app and I stuck with my go to meal, Thai Lettuce Wraps! Nom Nom Nom. We ordered some Margaritas and they were amazing! The waiter asked for them to add some Jose in there and boy did they had Jose! Haha… Yummmm! We got to sit outside which was nice but it was just a tad bit windy. It’s a great place for outside seating over the next couple months. If you’re ever at the mall, be sure to stop by here for a nice meal! Plan ahead though because you will have to wait for hours sometimes.

We normally love TCF and as a person who once worked at one, I would expect the service to be better. It’s the day after Valentine’s Day and it is the brunch rush — I get that. So why doesn’t management? Have more people to run tables. Our waitress forgot to punch in our appetizers and it was quite a long wait for our meals. We had our daughters with us and at least they got their meals in a somewhat timely manner. Parents, dining with kids is tough and we know their patience is minimal. So when we got our meals, our kids were already done with theirs. 2 stars because it’s Cheesecake Factory. DINEONSLOWDAYS. YOU’LLGETBETTERSERVICE.

The Cheesecake Factory closest to me recently moved so I was excited to get a chance to eat here after outlet shopping. As with all the CF’s, the interior is pretty and the set up is pretty much the same. Also just like the other CF’s there was a considerable wait. Luckily I got there a little early(maybe 6 pmish) and for a party of 2, it was 20 mins. The one thing I wish they would change is the table size. There just isn’t enough room. Never. Esp if you have water glasses plus any beverage plus sugar, salt, pepper plus bread basket… and let’s not go into the panic mode when an entrée comes and you’re not quite done with your appetizer. My go to meal is the pasta da Vinci or chicken marsala. I got the pasta and it was just as good. The house salad appetizer is so big that when I tried to order 2, the waitress actually recommended I get one and split it. And about the waitress — she was awesome. Huge portions for a fair price. And that darn small table… But yes I love CF!

I am not a fan of the Cheesecake Factory and tonight’s visit only served as reinforcement to that belief. I arrived at 5:30 pm to meet a friend and hoping that we were too early for the dinner rush but that was not the case. I elbowed my way to the hostess stand only to be told that the wait for a table would be at least 40 minutes. SMH… So I elbowed my way back through the crowd and over to the bar, which was also jammed packed with people. There was not a seat to be had nor hardly a place to stand. The only thing that kept me there was my promise to meet my friend. I sucked it up, took a deep breath and waited patiently to bell up to the bar hoping that a libation would take the edge off a smidge. All the while, the restaurant continued to fill with a hoard. At long last, after over 50 minutes of waiting(I was originally told 40) we were seated. Our server was pleasant and greeted us quickly. He was wonderful, very personable, attentive and quick to deliver. I perused the vast, vast menu with a multitude of items that are almost entirely overpriced. I ordered the loaded baked potato soup and crab bites. Both items were OK, but considering that I lost an hour of my life waiting for a table, not entirely worth it. We also had pumpkin and red velvet cheesecake and they were delicious but not good enough to warrant the wait. OK food for an hour wait? No thanks Cheesecake Factory, I’ll try the independent guy down the street.

In my history with Cheesecake Factory, I have never been so insulted. After rushing over from Bonefish Grille(read previous review), we came in to enjoy the brunt end of HH for my birthday. We sat at the bar and a friend waved to the waiter to usher him over to take our orders. Our waiter(I can’t remember his name, but he was talk and thin with a pony tail and a pale face). We all(5 of us) ordered drinks and since it was 6:30p, we ordered in twos. A couple if us, who didn’t enjoys Bonefish’s offerings, ordered food off the HH menu: corn cakes, southwestern rolls. A few times we looked for our waiter to to ask for things like: place settings(none if us had any) and to reorder. Once we had to stop another waiter to have him grab our waiter for us because we hadn’t seen in 20 minutes prior. At some given point, that annoying«happy birthday» song was requested to be sung. Well, minutes ticked on. We were finished eating and drinking and heard happy birthday sung to two other parties. I walked over to the cheesecake bar and chose one(this ain’t the first time I didn’t get a cake, might as well get it for myself). Finally a friend called over our waiter, «Excuse me! Excuse me» the waiter stopped and took one look at her face and said and I quote, «Ooooooh Shoooooooooooooooooot!!!» And walked away. Five minutes later, he came back with he colleagues and a small round of whip cream and chocolate. Really. My friends were pressed to call for the manager, but I was over it and the waiter didn’t come back after the happy birthday song” A friend of mine said, «I knew not to come to this cheesecake factory! The last time I was here I found a bolt in my nachos!» And there you have it. Note: this is not an exaggeration, but a true depiction of the event. 3 stars for the food and drinks.
