The mechanics at this location are the epitome of the lazy, unprofessional mechanic. The joke of a work ethic and customer service exhibited here is why I will not even stop at this location for gas or a soda much less anything to do with my car.

I took my Mercedes to them for an A/​C repair. I think that the technician should have explained to me, «we don’t have the right diagnostic equipment for these cars». Instead, they replaced a temperature sensor that may not have even been bad, just because they «guessed» that this part might be the culprit. It wasn’t. After a $ 650 repair (other parts, including a fan clutch, which they informed me were absolutely bad, were also replaced), the A/​C still didn’t work. The owner tried to pacify me by giving me a $ 36 refund. They should have really referred me elsewhere, from the get-​go, to a mechanic in the area equipped to properly troubleshoot/​diagnose A/​C problems on a German car.
