Somer Nancy MD

This Dr. Nancy should re name herself as Dr. Crook! I just had a visit there 11÷5÷15, she was extremely unprofessional, rude. My visit was for Medical Marijuana to help me cope with High Anxiety, PTSD, along with prolong exposure to long term phycological abuse. This crook sits down and doesn’t ask me any questions or hear what brought me into see her, she out right says your not eligible, your denied. Just because I only have one box checked off on the list??? She asked me if the receptionist made me aware of the website and in good faith she decided to make the appointment. In «good faith», I asked her what did the receptionist have to do with my determination of being eligible or not. I asked if the receptionist is a doctor or licensed to make that call. She back peddles and tells me she can treat me for cholesterol, high blood pressure, OBGYN, so the visit isn’t a wasted visit. Needless to say I did not get services, she took my 50 bucks and didn’t want to refund my money. I was there all of 8min. She is clearly a licensed crook and a fraud. I spoke to another Dr and he knows her well, even HE knows what she’s about and has stated the same if her practice, character. She’s a joke!

Dr. Nancy Somers is rude and greedy doctor. Doesn’t respond to voicemails. She refused to share the copy of my annual bloodwork before the appointment even after my repeated voicemails.
During the appointment she says that she was not aware that her office didnot share bloodwork report with me prior to appointment.
Her advise was to lose 5 – 10 pounds of weight and have a little control on cholesterol. Before adding that if she tells this on phone she doesn’t make any money. But did you not make money on my prior visit when I got the bloodwork copy.
I didnot see any patients in her office during my two visits and didn’t take me long to figure out why…

An apparently fine place until I overheard the staff making fun of a patient, who they assumed to be a foreign born Indian woman, after she stopped by for test results. The tasteless jokes were only put to rest after someone remembered that i was in the waiting room. The whole thing soured an otherwise neutral place.
Edited to Add: Also, it would have been nice to know that a change of insurance would change the price of my yearly exam from $ 20 to nearly $ 100. And I would’ve appreciated it if someone had returned my calls about transferring prescriptions from one pharmacy to another.

Dr. Somers is rude and condescending. I saw 3 times and she is quick to cut you off. The only good thing about her office is the quick appointments. She cut me off and didn’t listen to me in those 3 visits. I wish her nurse was the doctor. What a mean MD Dr. Somer is. If you want a caring doctor who listens to you DO NOT GO TO DR. SOMER !
