I recently moved to New Jersey for my first full time job opportunity and chose Sleepy’s due to it being so close to my apartment. When I chose to pick up my mattress the sales representative bluntly tells me I have to put the mattress in my car or in other words, he’s was not going to help. It took about twenty minutes for the representative to print my paper work because of printing issues. When I finally got the mattress to my car, I realize it won’t fit. He offers to give me some wire to see if I can tie it down, when I ask how most customers do it, he states, «I can’t help or I’ll have to charge you $ 99». Terrible customer service. It’s no wonder every time I drive by, the parking lot is completely empty. Lesson learned. Last time I ever shop at Sleepy’s.
