Sakura Garden

I really wanted to give this restaurant 5 stars. The staff, the Environment, The chef were all great! So why only 3??? I have a shellfish allergy so my food had to be cooked separately from everyone else in the kitchen. I didn’t mind because the chef was so exciting to watch and everyone at me table were really great. They even wanted to wait for my food to come before they ate theirs. I insisted they go ahead. My husband and everyone else finished eating and the waiter came to ask if we wanted our bill. I told her I would like my food first. Confused she went to the back and said it will be a few more minutes. I told her just bag it to go. BY the way over the course of the evening I asked for my food a total of 5 times each time I was told a few more minutes. When I got home and finally ate my food was good but a little cold. I haven’t went back but am interested in giving them another try. maybe this time I’ll bring a sandwich just in case, lol

UPDATE: Sadly, as of 20 131 221, Sakura Garden has gone. It was such a nice little surprise…
I gave Sakura Garden 4-​stars mostly because where else can you go to get JAPANESE SUSHI and JAMAICAN JERKED SHRIMP or ROTI??? The sushi is ok, better than pre-​packaged supermarket, but not as good as restaurant sushi. The Jerked Shrimp was spicy with an amazing amount of shrimp! Also, included was some mediocre fried rice and steamed broccoli and cabbage. All in all, a suprisingly decent lunch!
