Ross-Simons Jewelry Store

We’ve been buying jewelry from Ross-​Simons for over 20 years, almost exclusively from their catalogs. My husband likes to get me jewelry for special occasions (lucky me!) so we’ve purchased quite a few items from them. I’ve also been to their retail store and, while obviously not as extensive of a selection as their catalog or on-​line, they still carry many beautiful pieces of jewelry. The prices are reasonable, not discount, but very fair, as confirmed by a professional jewelry appraiser I consulted with.
They have less expensive pieces set in silver with cubic zirconia and other more elaborate pieces, set with diamonds and other gemstones, some costing in the thousands of dollars. The items shown in their catalog are pictured as close to the actual size as possible. Of the items we’ve bought I’ve only returned one because it was not what I expected. I’ve also returned one or two because they broke within the first few months. Customer Service is outstanding, every business should take a lesson from them! The few items I’ve returned have either been replaced or refunded with no questions asked. They even replaced a small stone in a ring without charging me.
They also have some gift items like baby items, flatware, jewelry chests, etc. An extremely honest company, again, with outstanding customer service.
