The manager at this location Ovais was extremely helpful. He made the entire process super simple and painless. Gave me a tour and showed me the quickest way to get to my unit. Everything about the transaction was painless. Thank you Ovais !!!

The guy running the office was very helpful and accommodating. Kept the office open a little longer just to help us out when we’re running late.

I called the number provided on here to ask how much a storage unit would cost… The representative asked how many bedrooms we had and I mentioned that we had a two bedroom house and she immediately suggested a 10×10 but I’ve rented storage units before and I knew a 10×10 would never fit everything we have so I said I needed something bigger, she went on to tell me the price for the next size up and since I’m not from the area I found it very expensive and after I mentioned that she laughed at me… I honestly have never spoken to anyone this rude over the phone! I understand that maybe the fact that I found a $ 257 storage unit expensive in this area is laughable but we are not from here and laughing at a potential costumer is not ok!!! My husband is in the military and we have rented units in Alaska and in Colorado, both climate controlled, large units and have never paid near that amount of money. I told her how rude I found it that she was laughing and instead of apologizing she continued to laugh! I’m so disappointed.

BE CAREFUL — They may all be this way but — THEY RAISE THE RENT ON YOU!!! You sign a contract at what you think is reasonable, then the fine print allows them to raise the rent. Only 4 months later they INCREASE THE RENT BY 30%! It doesn’t seem ethical to me. The facility is great. The people are great. It is just the behind the scenes deception that is bothersome. So, be aware that what you sign for isn’t necessarily what you will get!!!

I was able to get a storage unit the same day that I called and I recently moved to VA from out of state, so we had a large 53′ moving truck with our belongings. Luckily the storage unit driving area is large enough for a truck that large to be able to drive in the area and unload my stuff. The manager, Faren, said it was not problem for the truck to deliver our things. We are also going to have a Pod deliver our things to the storage unit and the Pod will be sitting on their property for a few hours before its picked up and they were ok with that. I appreciate them being very accommodating to my unusual requests. The manager was also very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this storage unit.
