Dropped off my weedeater and they told me they could fix it for less than $ 100 and I would have it back in 3 – 5 days. I had to put down a $ 75 deposit. Now I know why. 3 to 5 days turned into 2 weeks and they refused to call me or even return my calls. When I went to the shop they said they justified not calling me by saying they were busy. They replaced the spark plug and air filter and told me that used up my deposit and now they needed another $ 100 to replace the carborater. I spoke to the owner and he said there was nothing he could do. BEWAREOFTHISPLACE. THEYAREDISHONEST.

My Lawn mower stopped working and found this place online. I left my mower at the shop, it is $ 60 to look at the mower and they apply that to the repair. I was told that I would be called when they got to it. I never received a call and I went to the shop to see what the status was? When I went to the shop I was told that the mower had some issues and that the repairs had been done. I did not appreciate the work being done and not getting a call even though I was told I would. If you have a riding mower it is $ 125 to look at it. The upfront fees seem outrageous to me because basically they are forcing you to get it repaired, the fee is non-refundable. The mower was fixed but I felt jacked by the price and the fact that they did the work without consulting me.

If your lawnmower won’t start, or if it won’t run consistently, you have a couple of options. 1) get on Youtube and try to fix it yourself or 2) get online and find someone to do it for you. The second route would have run about $ 60 and a few days, given the time of year. After watching a few videos, I was CONVINCED I could do this myself. Cleaned out all the little nooks and crannies and then realized that maybe gaskets and washers needed replacing as well. Went to Ace, Home Depot(neither carried the parts at all), and finally ended up here. The gentleman working was kind enough to talk me through the various fixes, even though I was only buying a $ 15 kit for the carburetor gaskets.(Side note, carburetor cleaner will blow the polish right off your nails, so wear gloves!) Bottom line: they’ll fix it for you, help you figure it out, or even sell you a refurbished mower.
