Pizza Hut

I’d give this place negative stars if I could. Atrocious customer service. This place is horrible. Absolutely horrible. I’m signing up to Unilocal just to write this review. Went to this s-​hole earlier today. The first employee took about a minute to tell us he’d be right with us. So we waited patiently for a few minutes in front of him, and nothing. Then another snot nosed employee came to us, pointed at a table and instructed us to go there and he’d be right with us. First off, it’s pretty disrespectful to not be walked to the table. It should be common courtesy. Secondly, the table was so wet, we had to dry it ourselves because Lucifer knows the goons at this Pizza Hut don’t have the decency to do anything right or polite. We waited at our table for a good 10 minutes and we didn’t even get any menus. The place was mostly empty so it’s not like the employees were busy. We ended up leaving because not one waiter came to us at any point after we sat down. We crossed a bridge just to go here. Total waste of time and it reminds me why I don’t even bother with Dirty New Jersey unless I absolutely have to. Do not waste your time.

No one answers the phone, if they do they take 2 hours to deliver, and majority of the time they will make mistakes. I don’t know who runs this place but it doesn’t surprise me, it’s technically perth Amboy so you can’t expect much.
Do yourself a favor, order real pizza from a pizzeria even though the fake greasy Pizza Hut kind is delicious, this specific branch is GARBAGE!

I downloaded the Unilocal app and made an account specifically to write this review. I ordered food 2 hours and 31 minutes ago exactly. Still not here. I’ve called 29 times. They only answered twice. Both times they said the food would be here in 20 minutes. Both calls were both well over an hour ago. This Pizza Hut does not even deserve 1 star. I am not even the type of person that complains because I understand that restaurants get busy. But the lack of respect is unbelievable. Not even picking up the phone so I can’t even cancel the order. This is disgraceful. Call dominos instead. You’re welcome.

Won’t deliver to Sewaren even though the store is only 2 miles away. Unacceptable.
Otherwise the pizza is good.

The customer service is amazing! I’m already in love. The people in the table next to me have beautiful looking commercial quality food. I cannot wait to receive my food!!!

I got my pizza and boneless wings they were delicious!!! So glad I wasn’t disappointed. Thanks Pizza Hut for the hospitality. I prob all won’t be back for a while. Since I’m huge in NY pizza but, when ever I’m craving pizza hut I will be back to this location and this location only.

So I understand today was super bowl Sunday. I ordered online and it said 30 minutes so I waited 45 minutes left my house and drove over to carry out. I walked inside and it was a swarming mess. A costumer and am employee were fighting like crazy screaming at each other. Then I’m informed that’s a 2 hour stop from the time you ordered. I walked out with no pizza

Pizza Hut is awesome, and this one always delivers great food, but why oh why are you guys so slow. The restaurant is half empty and the waiters are STILL slow. Improve your customer service, folks.

Whenever you call NO ONE picks up the phone until about the 6^th ring, sometimes you have to call back. When you go pick up food, they could care less if you are waiting, you are not the priority their social life is. As far as now, they are redoing the outdated place but its not going to change the way the place is ran, it’s absolutely terrible.

Ive been coming to this pizza hut since i was like 2. Great pizza, always comes out so good. delivery is pretty fast and they get there before their estimated time. but the actual restaurant is so outdated! Like 1970s! Old and dark, they should definitely renovate!

Service is always good at this location! My lady and I like this Pizza Hut a lot. We definitely will be coming back to this place again. The afternoon all you can eat lunchtime buffet is really good.

We waited 10 minutes at the hostess station before we were seated. Waited another 30 minutes with menus at the table. After numerous attempts to have a waitress take our order, we walked out. If I could post 0 stars, I would.

Nice place… service is better than other pizza huts that I’ve been too. Good service and pretty quick too :)

But… i can’t help it if I love their stuffed crust pizza :) The one and only reason this *hithole gets 3 stars is because of their stuffed crust! Customer service at ITS WORST! Actually… the one of rt 27 in Edison takes the cake for that one! Completely unorganized and just terrible. But, hey… it’s pizza hut, do you expect any less?

Service here has gone downhill. My last three times here have been sub-​par. First time got sick from the pizza I ordered. Second time one of the girls behind the counter was goofing off with an employee who came in on her day off to visit. When my name was called for the pizza to be brought to the front both girls were in the back joking around and it took whoever was in charge at the time to get the one girl back to work at the counter. The last time I was there I ordered my pizza online for pick up at 4:15. I got there at 4:10. At 4:18 I come to find out they had not started my order and there was only two guests in the whole store and no one else waiting for an order. I walked out with my order at 4:42 with not even an «I’m sorry for the inconvenience.»

I love Pizza Hut which seems gross to everyone else. I literally drive to NJ from Staten Island to get it on my lunch break. (Thank god for EZ Pass.) The service is always quick and the pizza is always so good!

Been here twice in 2013 so far, I will be back. Food is great! The only cons are the ditzy girls behind the counter giggling and fooling around, and the place could use some remodeling. It’s old, and dingy looking.

Worst pizza hut around, workers standing around, manager has no clue.
