Jose of Paradise Renovations replaced the carpet in our basement with porcelain tile. He described the process and the time it would take, and offered to pickup all materials. I told him what kind of tile I wanted, and he later provided receipts for the extra materials he purchased (mortar, grout, etc).
In the end, I only had one gripe, which I debated even mentioning to him since it could have been described as a matter of taste (it had to do with the way grout was placed next to a transitioning threshold). I mentioned it to him and he told me he understood my preference, and came out to adjust it the next day.
Great turn around and great price. Will do business again.
