Great experience with Dr. Jani and her office staff. I made an appointment for my annual physical in January and things went great. Arrived on time, which is unusual for me and didn’t have long to wait. The front desk staff was pleasant, efficient and professional. Dr. Jani was also very professional and took time to explain other tests that would need to be done before my follow up without my feeling rushed. I made a follow up appointment for 2 weeks later and didn’t realize until the day after that I had missed it. Incredibly they sent me a letter and waived the missed appointment fee and asked that I reschedule my follow up appointment. At my follow up I received my test results and prescriptions with no problems, I was about 8 minutes late and didn’t get any hassle from the front desk staff. Dr. Jani went over all my test results and told me about a couple of over the counter products that might help with long standing problems I have. Some people are put out when they have an appointment cancelled for being late, I actually appreciate doctors offices that enforce this policy as it shows they value my time. I would rather disrupt my own day by having to reschedule an appointment that I arrive late for than make every other person wait for me. I have to say both my appointments with Dr. Jani have been very positive. Will definitely recommend Dr. Jani to friends and family.

I read the one review that is currently posted as of 16 January 2015. And it made me laugh because I came on here to write a positive review, but I also was turned around on my first visit just as the other reviewer states they were. Only it wasn’t rudely. I was late, and the office was busy. As is to be expected when you find a good doctor. On my next visit, that I was on time for, and all subsequent visits I was very pleased. Dr. Jani is great. courteous, to the point, not tripped up by my sudo medical knowledge obtained by doctor google MD. I’ve written enough. Trust me you won’t be disappointed.

I was a new patient, but I never got a chance to meet the doctor due to her rude receptionist. I got turned around on my way to the doctor office, I called the office when I was 5 min pass my schedule appointment to ensure I was going in the right direction. I explained to the receptionist where I was currently located and she explained where the office was located, she ask how long should it take me to get there, I told her about 10min. Then she informed me that the doctor office has a 15min grace period and if I am not there within the grace period I would have to re-​schedule. Personally, I would not have a problem getting to the doctor office and if I need to re-​schedule then so be it. Then the receptionist asked again how long will it take you to get here, I repeat again 10. She goes well you just need to reschedule.

The receptionist had a very unpleasant attitude from the time she answered the phone, then when I explain my issue she became downright rude. I gave her back the same rude attitude when she told me that I need to re-​schedule. I was NEVER INFORMED THAT THE DOCTOR OFFICE HAD A 15MIN GRACE PERIOD, when the office called to confirm my appointment.
