Great company. Very professional. Customer service representative was very helpful! Our other vendor did an awful job, but when Moonstar company came, they got the job done !

We contacted this service company for replacement of a water dispenser heater on our GE refrigerator. We told the dispatcher we wanted this particular part replaced as the old heater was no longer working and the water dispenser was frozen. We also received confirmation in writing via email from the business owner regarding our request. But when the technician arrived (two hours past a three-​hour service window), he said he was not informed about this request, and that in any case, their company’s general practice was to not bring parts on the truck on the initial visit. One of the worst service call experiences we have ever had, which is saying a lot, given that we’ve been homeowners for almost 30 years.

Moonstar Appliance LLC was sent to my home to repair my cooktop after the first company the home warranty company selected stated the cooktop could not be fixed. I’ll keep this short. The technician called about 20 minutes prior to arriving, they arrived within the window stated and were professional and courteous. They quickly diagnosed the problem, were able to get the parts needed within a day and fixed the cooktop quickly on their second visit. I have had no issues since. The technicians sent to my home knew what they were doing. I am happy with the service they provided and would recommend you give them a chance should you need an appliance repaired.
