I been at this place twice hoping for a better service. Every time I come there’s the same lady at the register. Any other place I would be receive with a «hi or welcome how could I help you». Not this place the lady just looks at me and waits for me to place the order. Takes my money and of I go. When I got my food I was expecting more. I would not recommend going here. This is not an authentic Latin American food place. Is far from that. The food is made in a rush to Get orders out of the way. With no taste

Unfortunately I’m going to have to give this place 1 star although it use to be one of my favorites. If there’s one thing I can’t stand and will never tolerate, is any type of insect in my food. I ordered el pan con todo and as I unwrapped the sandwich, the first thing I saw was a dead bug with wings. That was enough for me to want to vomit. After this incident I unfortunately will not be returning.

My wife and I had been looking for a good Hispanic bakery that wasn’t so far away. I saw this place one day while sitting in traffic and we finally made it there this weekend. We bought an assortment of pan dulce, canela, campechanas, fruit filled empanadas, and filled cakes. It all was very fresh and moist. Too bad they didn’t have the Mexican cochinitos that we love. We will have to try their breakfasts one of these days. Their prices were pretty reasonable. We filled up two bowls of baked goods for about $ 25. Even the next day the cakes were still moist and flavorful.

I’m not sure how to rate this place. There was some good, some bad, and some weird. The good: The pastries were good. Nice flavor, crisp and light. I’m not sure if they make them on premises or not, but they were worth the price. The bad: Our breakfast was just ok. I don’t think it was lack of familiarity with Salvadorean food. I got a tamale that had a very odd consistency, beans and plantains. Overall, I wouldn’t go back for breakfast. But, like I said, I’m not very familiar with Salvadorean food, so maybe that’s the way it’s supposed to be. The weird: The menu was in Spanish, there was very little explanation of what would show up when we ordered, and the most fluent English speaker working spoke very broken English and could only answer the most basic questions. The dagger in the heart: The coffee sucked. Not kinda-sorta bad, it’s just not good coffee. We’ll probably not go back. I’m not someone who thinks that everyone needs to speak my language and make food that is familiar to me, but we felt very out of place and uncomfortable with the food.

Had a really nice brunch with my husband here. The food was very good and we’ll definitely be back. We also want to try their baked goods because they smelled delicious!

My wife and I were very happy with our visit here. We had for breakfast: huevos rancheros! 2 eggs over easy with some homemade salsa(not hot), deep fried plantains, re-fried beans, avocado, and some very delicious bread! I also bought 2 excellent baked goods, and had a cup of coffee. All for about $ 10. Everything was fresh and delicious! We have to go back for lunch!
