My husband and I have been shopping with Haniken Jewelers for years. We absolutely love them. The customer service is the best and they know what I like. I love the fact that you are always dealing with family, and not random people just selling jewelry. These guys know there diamonds and I happen to love diamonds. Their prices are great too. I’d say that’s a perfect relationship. Keep up the good work guys.

My husband and I visited the Woodbridge jewelry exchange to upgrade my engagement ring. We ended up getting my new ring from Haniken Jewelers. The guys at Haniken answered all our questions and made us feel so comfortable. I get so many compliments and couldn’t be happier!

Decided to come to this jeweler after reading rave reviews on weddingwire. Boy, oh boy. That was a complete and utter mistake. Boyfriend and I weren’t sure where they were located so I called. When we finally found the place and walked in, we both instantly felt bad vibes. It is located in a building with several other jewelry counters and once you walk in, you have all eyes staring at you and hounding you for business. We walked to Haniken and the guy behind the counter asked me what I was looking for. Several reasons they are getting a 1 star. 1. TERRIBLE customer service. 2. I was TOLD what I wanted, instead of being asked. 3. They asked me what type of ring I wanted my great grandmother’s pink ring to be set as, «regular» or «engagement». I asked what the difference was, he couldn’t tell me. 4. Once I stupidly said«engagement» I had 2 pushy salesmen telling me that I needed the diamond setting, when I didn’t even want it. 5. They never asked me what I wanted but kept saying I need the diamond setting, they can do this and that for me. 6. I didn’t want that though! I wanted a plain setting, but the guy said it wasn’t available to show me. WTF? 7. They asked me what type of stone I had. Really? Really. You are running a jewelry store. Be professional and courteous. ASKYOURPOTENTIALCUSTOMERWHATTHEYWANT, instead of freakin’ pushing settings in my face that I don’t want. Maybe you would know if you had asked, but then again, you DIDN’T. I don’t recommend these people to anyone. They are terrible with their customer service and keep pushing to sell. I get it. You are a business and you’re trying to make money. Change your selling tactics and maybe you won’t be making brides cry in their cars with your bs. Don’t waste your time here folks. Go to a reputable jeweler.
