I came for my nails done today, and this guys was so rude and not even friendly and he keeps on pulling my hands. I mean he shouldnt be acting that way since im the costumer and it was my first time over there i felt uncomftable and discriminated at the same time. Not coming again.

DONOT go to this horrible place! The staff is pathetic! They are cheats and thieves! Extremely unhygienic so be very careful. To top that — they keep talking, making fun of you and the other people in their language. There are 2 very good salons right next door — Kim’s nails and Nails 7 — please go there. Amazing service and friendly staff. If you still do decide to go — Please be careful with your belongings(bags, watches, mobile phone, shoes) !

Waited 30 minutes before anyone would even acknowledge me or the other waiting clients. When they did decide we were there, they recommended we all come back in 2.5 hours even though they had three technicians sitting doing nothing. Will never go back again even though I’ve been going to them since I moved to the area. Their work isn’t good enough to justify this treatment of customers.

Was recommended by a friend to go there n sew Dennis bc he was«great»…well 1st off. walked in and should have walked back out… place was filthy… nail dust all over cut nail tips on chairs in waiting area and went to bathroom and owner just walked out and left pee in bowl! All should have made me walk out but I said let me try. well I asked for regular acrylic and he wouldn’t do it 4 me. Said pink is better(I didn’t want pink n asked 4 regular again) I got pink… asked him to cut mails short and he wouldn’t go as short as i asked… then kept pushing me to get gel when I said I didn’t want gel. felt like he kept asking me 2 do things to my nails that would cost me more money. not to mention i turnes the small fan on that was on his table n all dust blew into my face!!! disgusting!!! .he rushed to polish my nails and did a sloppy job and I left with polish all on sides of my nails… NEEDLESSTOSAY. I LEFTVERYUNHAPPYANDWILLNEVERRETURN!!! I WOULDN’T EVENGIVETHEPLACE1STAR!

Never again. I walked in as a regular«walk in» and no one acknowledged me. I waited 20 minutes until I got fed up and got up to leave. Once someone saw me get up they tried to get my attention to see what I needed to be done. I ignored them and walked out the door. So unprofessional and not friendly. I don’t plan on ever returning again.

I came here once. It’s nothing to rave about, but it’s close to the train station and right in the center of town so it’s a convenient location. They also accept walk ins up until almost closing, so it’s nice for commuters. My nails started chipping the next day, so i felt like I wasted my money a little bit. They do offer eyebrow waxing which was ok. They didn’t do much shaping but it took care of the strays and it was only $ 10. The wax wasn’t too hot, which was great since I hate when it burns me occasionally.

I’ve been coming to this salon for over 8 years and really liked their friendliness. Until about 3 months ago the racists started. The one tech stopped servicing me and when I inquired as to why she wouldn’t service me and started making me waitt over 20 minutes while she took walk ins who shouted up after me, the owner stated that she thought my nails were to hard. I asked what do I have claws or something? They all stated talking in Vietnamese which I do not understand. So I went to get my waxing and the one African/Vietnamese tech offered to take care of me. And she did for about 3 months. I happen to go into the salon on Sunday not knowing that she was off Nd when I walk in I say hello and the owner turns to me and asks if I have an appointment. I said no, it’s ok Ill wait. He replied, we busy. I replied, I’ll wait. He then told his wife in Vietnamese to call the African/Vietnamese technician who mind u was not working. The wide. On my wife comes over to me to say” I cLl Jackie for you. I got up and walked out. I will never patronize this racist salon ever again. I was also told by another africN American that one of the technicians stated that he don’t do the Obama people!
