Who the hell doesn’t take credit card payments?! Really? Waited for them to get their act together only to find out they scrapped taking credit cards all together. Now I got like 4 weeks of trash a round my house and not only an I gonna have to find a new trash service but I’m probably gonna have to hire a pest control company. I’ll probably go with Orkin, im pretty sure they take credit cards.

I started trash service with Charlie & Son in July of 2012. They’re fine, they always picked up my trash, but 3 months ago they started having issues with their credit card machine. I only pay by CC, I don’t even own checks, It’s 2015. This turned into them waiting on a new machine, then they got the machine but it didn’t work, and now they don’t take CC’s at all. I’m not going to order checks just to pay one bill. I tried paying them weekly for 3 months. I requested calls from the manager that was never in, and I never got a return call. I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service, and I am going with another company.
