Plenty of options for various items. Convenient location near one of the mall entrances with large sign outside.
Prices vary as well as the customer service. Depends who is assisting you. Compared to their competitors, I received better service elsewhere when questions were asked. They have special services for expecting parents.
Will continue to shop here for deals but it won’t be my default «go to» place for rugrat shopping/​needs.

This low review is given primarily for their customer service when it comes to processing special orders. We ordered a crib, full size rails, dresser and nightstand. The good: we received all 4 pieces. The bad: we never got a call when any of the items arrived. The first pieces arrived in about 4 weeks, with the final piece arriving at about the 12 week mark.
When we would call to inquire about the status we are told that we’d receive a call within 24 hours. Usually no one calls and a few days later I would call back again and let them know no one called me back — then a manager or more responsible employee eventually calls back with an order status. One time, when I arrived to pick up an order, my order slip was not found and it took a while for them to determine why I was told I had items to pick up with no slip in their folder.
They sold us a nightstand that was already sold to someone else. Had my SUV been big enough to hold both the dresser and nightstand, some other customer would’ve been very upset. They called a few days after we left the store and told us the nightstand was already sold and not to come in to pick it up until we received a phone call — but keep in mind, they never call when your items arrive.
The managers seem competent and will resolve any issues you have, but it would be best if issues don’t need resolving. So this review isn’t a reflection of the entire store, just our overall experience with a few select employees.

WOW has this place got it all!
The good: HUGE store that is impeccably stocked with a friendly and knowledgeable staff (for the most part). After perusing for a while, my wife and I decided this was going to be a great place to register for our first child. We were warmly greeted at the registry table and were soon off to scan to our hearts’ desire.
The bad: I found some scissors oddly placed over by the car seats. That’s not a huge deal breaker for me, but some kid could have easily picked those up and wreaked havoc on himself or others.
Four out of five because this store has EVERYTHING and the staff is pretty good, but come on pick up those scissors!

Went to pick up up something at Buy Buy Baby last night I had on hold. When I first walked into the store I had to wait for an employee and her friend (another employee) to finish talking about what their schedules were this week. I also couldn’t remember my friends registry number when purchasing my item, therefore I seemed to be inconveniencing her because she had to look it up. It was almost as if I bothering her because she had to get up to ring me up, she was sitting over at customer service when I first arrived. She did however ask if I needed help bringing my item to my car. When calling the previous week about the item everyone that answered was so pleasant over the phone. I’m glad that Buy Buy Baby had the item, but I will not be returning anytime soon.

Great customer service. I am always offered water when I first come in and a place to sit. They have private nursing rooms! I’m always getting coupons for Buy Buy Baby and their sister company Bed Bath & Beyond (they accept coupons from both!) so I will definitely be coming back! They also price match!
