This place is horrible. The last time I ever go to this Burger King if any. I ordered nuggets, onion rings and a bacon cheeseburger in the drive thru and I thought everything was just fine. When I got home, everything was cold and the burger was burnt. The one sad excuse of a burger patty was burnt. Gross! I called and talked to the manager to complain and he said come by the next day and he will remake the whole order. I took the offer and the next day i talked to a boy who was working the front. I told him what happened and he said«how do you mess up nuggets?» UH you tell me! You are the one works here not me! He didn’t want to deal with my issue that was already resolved and was confronted by a rude manager. I had to tell her the issue a second time and she said«ok we will fix it. You can go wait out of the line.» And gave me a hand gesture to get out of the way. RUDE! I had the order remade and I never got any sorry or anything. The food still didn’t taste any better and the burger was edible. Not good. Never going to a Burger King again. They don’t welcome your business. Go to the McDonald’s up the street. At least the food taste better.

This place is HORRIBLE. Don’t waste your time. Yesterday, 2÷11÷16, I went in and noticed 4 people waiting for their orders. Not a good sign. I talked to a UPS gut that was waiting. He said he’d been waiting over 5 minutes. I walked to the counter so someone would know I wanted to order. No luck. There was a young lady there with her back to us the entire time as she was playing with the French fries. Then a young man came out with someone’s order. He saw me, but just walked away. After waiting around 5 minutes I thought«f this place, I’m going to Taco Bell.» So, I said out loud, «I guess I’ll go to Taco Bell.» No one was concerned I was leaving for a competitor’s place. Like I said, this place is a joke. About 15 years ago this BK closed down for years and reopened around 2011, I think. When it reopened it was great; fast and friendly service and fresh, hot food… all the things people are looking for in a fast food joint. Now it’s back to the way it used to be. I guess they’re wanting it to close again. I wrote BK corporate and am awaiting their response. Again, don’t waste your time, or money at this BK.

whoever owns this BK needs to do some serious QC, i had hoped this BK would come back as efficient and friendly, i am pretty sure it is not the employee’s fault, it is all about the management, cannot understand how it can STILL be so inefficient, please get your act together, i love BK but not this one!!!

Incredibly slow. The people working the drive-thru are usually pretty nice. But that doesn’t make up for the fact that I wait, on average, 15 – 20 minutes in the drive-thru. You would think the food would at least come out hot and fresh but it never is. I really want to know what they’re doing in there. I stopped going to this BK a while ago and most everyone I know has stopped going for the same reasons. I can’t figure out how they manage to stay open…

An example of a horrible experience: On Thursday May 14, 2015, I went to Burger King in Tacketts Mills Dr. at the request of my two friends. I was not hungry nor was I eating, so I went. So while ordering through the drive thru, one had ordered a $ 1 rodeo chicken, and a $ 2.42 large sprite. The total came to over $ 6. When I asked why my total was so high, the employee got an attitude and said«I ONLYCHARGEDYOUFOR A RODEOCHICKENANDLARGESPRITE!» I than asked why my total is so expensive, took him a minute to realize his mistake, than corrected it without apologizing. NEXT, their manager was working as cashier at the drive thru. He also gave me an attitude for no absolute reason when taking my money. When I got the drink, the cap was not on properly, and the drink spilled into my car and also on my friends lap. The manager laughed about it. I had no other manager I could speak to. This is the last time I will ever go to this Burger King, even if the order is not for me. I called Burger King after that and did not get an answer, even though the store was not busy at all. Overall: I have been going here since they re-opened a little over two years ago. I go to this location Burger King seldom, but stopped going due to their poor service and cold food. I can go on and on about their horrible service, but lets focus on their low quality food now. If I order a chicken sandwich with fries, one day the sandwich will be warm, but the fries being 30+ min cold. One day the fries being fresh(with me having to wait at least 3 minutes for that), and a cold sandwich. I can never get a hot meal from this location Burger King. Lucky for us, there is a Taco Bell and McDonald’s in the same shopping center. Also a Wendy’s right down the street!

Short Version: Food was terrible, service was slow and I do not recommend eating here at all. Long Version: It was really late at night and I had just come back from visiting my grandma in the hospital, and on the way home I realized I was starving. I have a personal aversion to fast food but I hadn’t eaten all day so I decided to stop by this Burger King. Let me just say that the only reason I even stopped here was because the Taco Bell across the way had a freaking line! A line of like 8 –10 cars and it was almost midnight! So I go to the Burger King because there’s only one car ahead of me in the drive thru. Oh goody! But when I pull up to order, I wait… and wait. Then some guy comes on and instead of taking my order, he asks me to wait. And I want to yell at him I’ve been doing that for the last 3 minutes! I should have just drove away and sat in the long line at the Taco Bell, but nooo! First off it took a long time for them to take my order. I sat for a good ten minutes. Then it took an additional ten to even get my food. Granted the lady in front of me had an incredibly large order so I won’t contribute that entirely to the establishment. Even so I’m mumbling and cursing her because I’m thinking why not go inside if you have that big order. Seriously she must have bought eight separate meals. So I finally get to order and I pay 6 bucks for the worst meal of my life. How can you screw up chicken nuggets? Seriously they were the driest nuggets I have ever attempted to eat, as if someone cooked them too long or they were the nuggets no one wanted so they just kept them warm all day and night until I unfortunately came along to order them. They were flattened, tasteless, barely warm and had way too much breading. The only thing redeeming about the meal were the fries. They were hot and I could tell that they’d just been cooked. So basically I paid six bucks for some good fries. In case you don’t know, this Burger King closed down a few years ago and now it appears it’s been reopened. Thought I would give it another chance but it hasn’t changed. In fact it seems worse and that’s the last time I will ever eat here. Don’t recommend that you eat here either and I certainly wish I hadn’t. Next time I’ll sit in the long line at the Taco Bell if I’m ever desperate for food once again. I see that line was long for a reason… Two stars for the fries and the fact that I did get an apology for having to wait for a while.

Slow is an understatement. This would not be considered fast food. For almost every time I come to this location they take to long order half the time is wrong. There sods machine in the dining area alway says certain sodas are out. Most of the time it’s the same ones. This time they gave me old food. Fries that were warm and soggy. I’m glade the burger King is back but the need to get the selves together.

If you really want to know why Woodbridge has a bad reputation in the area, boy do I have the place for you. Workers are incredibly rude, the place is disgustingly dirty, they don’t honor their hours and commonly have no one there at all. I come back every couple of months in hopes that someone got their act together, but I’ve failed to have the time, patience, or stomach to actually order the last 3 times. The worst drive thru.

I am a fan of burger king but man this place is a mess. They need some proper management and better training. Takes forever to get your order and I always check before leaving the parking lot. Not one time that ive gone here have they not forgotten something. Like today, now my burger is cold because they forgot my fries, so I had to go in and wait. Total cf.

Slowest service ever!!! The manager was standing outside smoking then when he saw me walk in he ran to the register without even washing his hands smh. I got chicken tenders and they were hard and chewy like they sat out allllllll day(& night). The best thing this place has to offer is the drink machine that has a lot of varieties to choose from. Like raspberry coke… yummm

5 stars for the reopening and redesign, but –3 for slow service and cleanliness. Friendly but clueless staff contribute to long waits during off-peak hours. Waiting 10 minutes while they cook more Whopper meat?! And that was after a lengthy wait?!

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! If I could give this place negative or zero stars I would. I left this place in disgust after they said«we’re out of smoothies, our shake machine is broken, and the ICEE machine is down too.» But I’ve gotten ahead of myself. I pulled up to the drive through & there is a hand written sign saying they’re out of nuggets. So when I gave my drink order I asked for the smoothie first… denied. then I figured I’d settle for a shake… strike 2. Now the ICEE started out promising, the guy asked what size(to which I replied whatever comes with the value meal), then asked which flavor, only to tell me that the ICEE machine was down too. They made No apologies. THey posted No homemade signs. They made No offer to substitute. No cares to make it right. NOTHANX!

I live quite close to this location and I’d much rather have this over the golden arches but the service is terrible. The first time I went there the employees were arguing with who was supposed to take orders and who was supposed to get the food. The second time I was there the staff was very ignorant and it took 15 minutes to get 2 burgers and a fry. Today(02÷20÷13) I went to the drive through at 2:20pm, nobody inside and 2 cars ahead of me in the drive through. I waited 10 minutes just to get to the screen to order when somebody comes on, mumbles something that may or may not have been in english, so I order, another woman then comes back on and says no, I asked you to wait. Really? I finally give my order to somebody you can’t understand(I assume it’s the 1st lady again); after everything I order she asks«if that’s all» which is very frustrating. 5 minutes later I finally get to the window to see the manager standing there like a retard while everybody has to go around him because he won’t move or do anything other than stand there. Why does it take 20 minutes in the drive through when you are clearly fully staffed and only have 3 cars to wait on in the drive through? Why does it take that long AND my food is cold? I can’t recommend this place for anything. Avoid this BK unless you don’t mind waiting and have nothing better to do than wait on ignorant staff and get cold food. Is it that hard to hire english speaking people too?

Can’t review much about a Burger King right? Only needed to update the Unilocal listing because this location had been closed for years! To reopen, the restaurant has been remodeled and now looks like a brand new BK. It’s built inside the Tacket’s Mill shopping area but it is not within the strip mall. It is hidden between the Merchants Tire and Minnieville Road. This location is a hell of a lot easier to get to than the one at Potomac Mills, much more low key and relaxing. This spot serves the Lake Ridge community of Woodbridge where I live.
