I watched them microwave my sandwich. Like the whole thing including the bun. Why would you even do that? Fries were stale. Horrible food.

You Fail! Worst soda I may have ever drunken. Drank? Drunk? However you spell it, it was horrible! Workers were nuts. Even the workers were complaining about the other workers. Avoid!!! Go to Sbarro or Nathan’s instead.

What do you expect from a rest stop? Garbage service, sub-par fast food(compared to normal crappy fast food), and poorly spoken English.

It’s a shame that this Burger King lowers the standards for all Burger Kings. Being located at the Thomas Edison rest area, this Burger King has the potential to rake in some serious business, but sadly, the people they hire are not up to par. Burger King has a line that’s built cafeteria style where we get a tray and tell the BK employees what we would like. The employees, on the other hand, are spacing out most of the time. I have to admit, I came here for breakfast, paying almost $ 6 for a few pieces of French toast, tiny, round hash browns in palm sized boxes, and a coffee and it was still early, but that is no way to work by ignoring customers. My husband tried to get an employee’s attention by speaking to him several times, but the employee was just standing there and then doing his own thing, scooping up French fries and then standing around until somebody else calls him. Then, my husband walked over to the next station where coffee is served. The woman employee told him to go back to the burger station and she even tried to help flag down the burger station employees to no avail. After going through such stiff and confusing service, we went to the counter to pay. The whole transaction was not pleasant at all. I came in thinking I could enjoy some nice, hot and fresh hash browns, but instead, I felt like I wasted my money before even going to Atlantic City. Ew. Let the other quick service restaurants like Starbucks take over and mow down this Burger King with profits. PROS: rest area location CONS: zombie service
