Worst customer service and line workers and managers have an attitude. Always surprises me that the worst service becomes available in a customer service driven industry. Workers that roll their eyes at you and act like you’ve asked for their first born children… The cornbread and sides were not even hot. The restaurant is dirty and I will never come back here and I will encourage folks to go else where because you will not get any warm and fuzzies nor will you get any hot fresh food here.

I wish there was a Boston Market in Richmond. Wah. Luckily, we came across this place en route back to Richmond Tuesday, and I was so happy.
We arrived right after it opened. Place was spacious and clean. We ordered our meals, and they were served promptly. I got the turkey breast, mashed potatoes, stuffing, and it comes with cornbread. Oh and some gravy on the side. Every bit was delicious! Felt like I was having Thanksgiving dinner again! :)
The sides always look amazing. I really wanted about 6 of them, but I refrained lol I couldn’t even finish everything off of my plate, I was so full!
If you’re looking for delicious «homestyle» food, this is the place to go!

Stood at the counter for 5 minutes while three workers talked socially and played on the phone .they even walked away for a couple of minutes, never greeting me or telling me they will be right with me… this is extremely unprofessional and their first words were «I can take your order.»
One worker proceeded to say I am NOT the manager I’m just trying to scan this card in. Excuse me I know you can take my order because you work here and you’re standing behind the counter in uniform. serious training needs to be done at this location

I was craving homey kind of food & decided to drag my husband along who didn’t want to go. We ordered a dinner for 3 & ate there. We got a whole rotisserie chicken, 3 pieces of cornbread, & 3 sides: loaded mash, sweet potato casserole, & Mac & cheese.
We sat & waited. Enjoyed free wifi. & a woman came to bring the food which was more then enough. It was delicious & my husband was very happy with my choice. Chicken wasn’t dry. Sides were really good too.
The place was clean including the bathrooms.
The people working were really nice & friendly & reminded us that if we came back on Saturday with receipt we can get a free plate of food with purchase of a plate. Not bad. Deff will come back.

When ordering at the drive through, employee got short and frustrated with my husband when he tried to order a combo and was told the meal didnt come with a combo option despite what the menu said. Then when it was time to get our food 15 minutes later, the employee did not utter one, single word to us, even a greeting. He took our money and handed our food to us with his arm out the window without a word or any eye contact. Upon looking in our bag, which was to go, it didnt have napkins or utensils, which we had to go back for. We wont be back.
Aaaaaaand just opened my salad and found a dead black beetle… yeah. Wont be back.

Impressed with the manager on the evening of 13 October. The whole place seemed more efficient and responsive. They knew they had an issue with their corn, apparently a distribution issue. They told us about it and they allowed us to have they corn plus an extra side.

I like it but there seems to have been a change there, so I am changing my rating to 4 stars from 5. An example of the changes was yesterday, when I wanted a bottled water with my coupon and was told that only fountain drinks were available with this offer. It was still a good deal but that sugar-​laden drink (it was either that or some kind of diet drink) went to waste.

Greeted immediately by cheerful, helpful employees! Very good service, they seemed eager to help me. Their chicken is tender, juicy and delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant. I’ve been to other Boston Market’s and the service here makes this location stand out above the rest!

I was very pleased with the food. But the service is what earns them the 5 stars. everyone very nice and polite. Very clean. Keep up the good work.

I love BM!!! The chicken is absolutely delicious. We order the family meal for six and ate everything. Wish there was one closer to Richmond.

this place has been a complete let down how are you out of Chicken by 9:30 pm every night. this is ridiculous

They now hide the salt and put plenty of sugar in the corn bread. So when I come in I need to tell the order taker that I don’t want any of their sweet corn bread and remember to get the salt shaker off the condiment table before I sit. What keeps me coming in though is their mashed potatoes and their gravy. The chicken is good but I can find better but not a better combination of chicken and mashed potatoes. And they print a coupon on their receipt for Saturday and I don’t need it. So I tell them I don’t need the receipt. They say it has a coupon on it. I say I understand that but I don’t want it. But the coupon is good for …
And I tell them I DON“T WANT THEN RECEIPT and then they say well you don’t need to be rude about it. If I don’t want the receipt then I don’t want the receipt!!!
Oh yes, the last time I came in I went to get the salt off the condiment table before I sat and, NO SALT. So I had to get the manager and they had actually hidden the salt inside the condiment table. I decided THAT was going too far. They say «Our food tastes good without salt» and I tell them «Let me be the judge of that and I want to judge with the salt shaker there as I usually need it.»

Great place to get wholesome food and a quick grab –n– go. Single Guy here who loves the «thought» of a home-​cooked meal every now and then. I recommend!!!

Good food and competitive prices. Wish Ham meals were still an option. Homecooking with fast pickup or eat-​in.

I ordered the meatloaf one day after work. Notice the drive-​thru so I gave it a try. Fast forward 6 hours. I’m laying in the bathroom floor (coolest place I could find), sweating the past week of fluids out, and naked from the waist down after #2’in my intestines out. Never again!

Stop by here because there is no BM in Manassas and I can get here to/​from work or Potomac Mills.
BUT, I look for their specials (email notices online) because I find their prices slowly creeping up…
Not had any bad experiences with food. Occasionally you get the bottom of the pan (sweet potatoes, for example) and you would have preferred «fresh» but I expect that.
When you compare to McDonalds and Burger King, you get a healthier meal here for about the same price…

Not sure what happened to this chain of restaurants, but like many others they are cutting back and out. Went to the drive-​thru the other day and ordered the Smokhouse BBQ Chicken ¼ white. That was the most sloppy plate I’ve ever ordered. It’s like they through the BBQ sauce all over the chicken and plate.
Then to top it all off, the cashier had baggy jeans on (underneath) his butt. He was like half surfer dude/​half hip-​hop — in any case «pull the $(*& pants up.» Whatever happened to uniforms or even just black pants/​jeans!
Note to Boston Market — return to great customer service, decent food, and unity in your dress. You just might keep some customers in these hard times.
