I just finished a fabulous dinner with my family. We had the calamari and lobster bisque as appetizers. The waitstaff was professional and respectful. We didnt have to wait long at all. It was an amazing experience and I look forward to dining with Bonefish again. Thank you for your wonderful service!!!

I cannot tell you how pleased I was to come to this Bonefish Grill location tonight. I tried a new cucumber margarita and it didn’t let me down! My server was so pleasant and helpful. When traveling for business it can feel lonely but my server was so nice and great conversation. I felt like I was at home at my usual restaurant. I got the white truffle Mac and cheese and a filet. My server even asked the chefs about an enhancement for the filet that I’ve had before and loved and they were able to do it for me my server was the bomb!!! Just wish that I could remember his name

My overall rating is for Bonefish Grill as a whole, since I’ve been to 3 different locations thus far(Woodbridge, Centreville, Fairfax) but this one is the most recent one. I’ve gone to Bonefish at least 3 – 4 times now, so I definitely like it enough to keep going back :) I must say I liked the Fairfax location the most. The staff is friendly and helpful, except for Centreville — none of the waiters seemed to know the market price for their Mahi Mahi(we asked 3 different ones). The waiters in Woodbridge are also very attentive and accommodating. Now onto my favorite part: the food. They start you off with warm soft bread with olive oil and spices — DELISH, esp when you’re super hungry like I was hahaha. We got the bang bang shrimp for our appetizer and it was so worth the $ 11. I just couldn’t get enough of it, so I had the bang bang shrimp tacos as well: D My mom had both their wood grilled salmon, as well as mahi mahi with either herb pesto or mando salsa and every single time those were very tasty. Not a super fancy place, but definitely great for a good yummy time with friends and family :)

My last visit here was June, 2014 and was a great experience… Treated unexpectedly today for lunch and hugely disappointed… My companion ordered ahi tuna and thought I would order it also but I had something else on my mind… She ordered the tuna, and lobster bisque as an appetizer and requested the bisque arrive before the meal… After about 15 minutes the soup had not arrived and I inquired with the waitress… Our arrival time was approx. 2:30pm with only 4 other tables occupied… The waitress arrived back 5 minutes later with her soup AND the entrée… explaining she thought the request was to bring it with the entrée when we clearly stated otherwise… After one bite, my companion stated the tuna didn’t taste fresh and she could not eat it and sent it back. in defense,.the waitress stated it had been prepared that morning. Sometimes it’s best to say nothing in defense of an item if it is sent back… telling us the tuna had been prepared earlier meant nothing to my companion, who was not pleased with its’ taste. Also, while consuming the bisque, my companion requested some bread or crackers to accompany it… the waitress stated bread is not served during lunch but would send over some freshly baked anyway… I’m hard pressed to believe that a restaurant that serves any kind of seafood as a soup does not furnish or have in house any crackers at least… Luckily I ordered the fish and chips… It was ok, the fries were small and the usual… the fish was nicely battered and cooked but totally unseasoned… So much for a pleasant lunch during a time between lunch and dinner being served… Thankfully my 2 previous visits there were great, so I won’t hold it against the restaurant this time…

Went in this evening for a «moms night out» and dinner was amazing! Nice atmosphere, excellent customer service(Becca was so wonderful!), and amazing food! Everything down to the bread was good. I ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp(sooo yummy!- kinda reminds me if the Typhoon shrimp Ruby Tuesdays used to have but better!). Also got the crab cake appetizer– came with 2 cakes. I would have liked them to be cooked a little more well done but the flavor and slightly spicy dipping sauce were awesome! The entrée was the Imperial Salmon(instead of tilapia) with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The broccoli was cooked to perfection, best I’ve had at a restaurant in a while! The salmon was very, very good as well(Personally, I would have squeezed a little lemon juice on it. I also put a little of the crab cake sauce on it), but overall an amazing dinner experience. I have to also mention again how awesome Becca was. Nice personality, knowledgeable of the menu, and very attentive! Will definitely go back again, and while everyone seemed friendly, would ask for her if possible! Thank you, Bonefish Grill! :)

I must say while I am not the biggest Bonefish fan, my dining experience overall was great due to my server, Ronnie. I have dined at other local bonefish establishments and always left disappointed, but Ronnie took his time to make my experience worthwhile and provided some excellent recommendations that made me change my mind about bonefish and have to give it 5 stars. If you should happen to dine at the Woodbridge location, be sure to ask for Ronnie, trust, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Ronnie!

One word… AMAZING! Bekkah was our server and she was a delight. The food was absolutely phenomenal and the portions were perfect. It is pricey but it’s a meal that would be considered a treat and well deserved in my eyes. The alcohol selection is very impressive as well. The King Salmon is the way to go and the swordfish came in second.

Holy crap. Bang bang shrimp was delicious! I had the Chilean Sea Bass with veggies and garlic mashed potatoes. Excellent with lemon butter. The Sockeye Salmon was great too! Just get it all and some beer. You won’t be disappointed.

Went for happy hour. It was 5 off all apitizers with ½ off if the app is already under 5 bucks. This is nice since the chain took away bang bang wednesdays, you can get it on hh for 5.50 everyday! The house wines are your typical house wines(meaning while basic they are good house wines). Atmosphere was nice and our bartender C was very attentive and friendly. I would recommend grabbing a bite and drink here if you are in woodbridge.

I love Bonefish Grill, but this one defintely didn’t live up to other Bonefish Grill restaurants that I’ve been to. I ordered a Blue Moon, the bartender gave it to me in a skinny chimney glass(zombie glass) and charged me $ 8 for it. So I drank water for the rest of the time. I ordered the scallops and shrimp, and the scallops came out charred. It was so bad Gordon Ramsay would have threw them away and started over again. This Bonefish Grill is night and to the one I’ve eaten at in Fredericksburg, VA.

I’ve been to a few bone fish grills in my life and this one was pretty good. The food was excellent, the atmosphere is always great and the waiter was perfect. It was a early Father’s Day dinner. The service was great. To be honest I really have no complaints about this bonefish grill at all. If you’re in this area you should visit

I love Bonefish Grill. I used to go to the one in Maryland often and loved it every time I went there. So going to the Woodbridge one, I had high expectations. EVERY single time I’ve came to this location, something went wrong. The first time I came here for brunch, we waited 30 minutes for our food and they brought out something completely different from what we ordered(they ended up giving is free soup and fixed our order right away). Oh and during that time it wasn’t crowded. Second time, our server was talking under his breath while saying a rude comment. Third time, food took 1 hour because it was Mother’s Day and when we finally got our order, our sides were all wrong. The manager of course came to our table many times to offer us soup and a free dessert(since it was my birthday that day) and apologized frequently for the delay. She also ended up taking off one of our meals because we waited such a long time. I went to Bonefish so many times because they sell Bonefish gift cards at Costco and we bought one too many gift cards. and this Bonefish location happens to be the closest. Food is good here and the service is good… depending on who you have for your server. I just hope that the next time we go, there will be no more mistakes.

Visiting brother and family in Virginia. I had the char grilled tuna with the dynamite sauce. Man, was that good. Had the Bang Bang shrimp as an appetizer. Both were excellent. Glad there is a local establishment near Buffalo so I can go back soon.

Came here with the girlfriend on a Sunday afternoon, I ordered fish and chips and she ordered rainbow trout with some type of sauce, potatoes, and couscous. My girlfriend loves fish, so I thought it was strange when she barely touched her trout and finished most of the side dishes. I asked her what was wrong, and she told me that her fish tasted burnt; so I proceed to try the fish, and even though it looked good(with some beautiful grill marks) it tasted extremely burnt. My french fries were kinda cold and had no flavor, my battered fish was better but I had 5 tiny pieces in my plate(which left me hungry after a $ 46 bill). Waiter service was almost none existent, we were both out of water and we never got a refill.

We went there for New Year’s Eve with no reservation and sat in the bar at one of the community tables. The wife loves the elderflower martini. Our appetizers were very good but the best part as our mains. We both got filets and they were amazing. Perfectly cooked, fork tender, and melted in your mouth. Highly enjoyable. This was our 2nd time and were pleased both times. Only complaint, as others have made, is the wait staff is less than stellar and don’t clear dirty plates as well as they should.

The drinks and food were both very yum, management was extremely attentive to all customers needs as well. The waitress was no where to be found for majority of the dinner though.

I wish you could see the disappointment on my face, which would tell you how uneventful our visit was at Bonefish Grille. A group of us met up here to celebrate my birthday: May 26(a birthday falling on Memorial Day is just about as worst as Christmas and New Year birthdays. So I never expect much). Came in for HH. Fail. There were approximately 5 items on the menu and $ 1OFF house beers. Ok. I guess we could have worked with the offerings had the food and service been good. But we had no such luck. I ordered the ceviche and shrimp tacos(I’m so idealistic and optimistic at times it sickens me in hind sight). Ceviche, HORRIBLE. Later we found out that they precooked the fish(I guess that’s why the shrimp and scallops were tough and flavorless. Smh. I sent it back. The tacos were… I don’t exactly know what people are thinking about when constructing a taco. Good shrimp tacos: grill the shrimp, make a salsa, creama, picked cabbage, cilantro and onions with a line on the side. This isn’t working for NASA. Other items I tasted were equally disappointing. And this disappointment didn’t include how they forgot my friends bang bang chicken. For as long as it took them to bring it out, they could have purchased a live chicken, rung it’s neck, plucked it and chopped it up to make it and serve it in a timely manner. Something told me not to pay attention to the attractive sign. Never venture here. ***1.5 stars for the friendliness of the waiter. We rushed out to the Cheesecake Factory to catch the tail end of their HH after an hour.
