TLDR: good food, but poor management; place is run in a very chaotic manner. Here’s the full story: I have become used to the very good Veg Biryani that they make at this place. This Saturday evening was a completely different experience, though. I ordered a take-out, like I normally do; and arrived to pick up some 15 minutes later. There was a long wait — which is to be expected for a Saturday evening, though I was a bit surprised that I had to wait even for a take-out order that I’d called in ahead of time. While I waited, they dished out a whole bunch of take-out and eat-in orders, some placed around the time of my order, and some placed way after my order(based on the order number). After waiting for more than half an hour, I started to make noise about why it was taking them so long to pack one plate of biryani that I’d ordered. And that’s when they told me that they were all out of veg biryani! I mean, seriously?!! After a few arguments with the cashier, I took back my money and walked away. Very poor management and customer service. I gave 2 stars because the biryani has been great in the past. But unless they improve the management, this place will have a hard time thriving /surviving.

Been there so many times. I like mutton dum biryani and andra chicken rice. Always go in the weekend. If you are going in week days expect less good food lol. If you’re not a spicy and hot person don’t go there. The food are extremely hot and spicy. Loved it to the bits.

Dum chicken biryani is incredibly flavorful. Andhra chicken is excellent! I crave this place on the regular.

I think we were the only non-Indians in this food court area. There’s a bunch of restaurant stands in there, and this one was good. Tried to dissuade us from using my visa debit, asking for cash. When we said we’d leave they took it. No drinks available, you have to go to another stand to get them. The chicken dishes we ordered were both good. Food was good(not fantastic) but this is more like a fast-food place for Indian food.

Good, delicious, spicy chicken biryani. We are addicted to this place as the food is consistently tasty. Their chicken 65 appetizer is to die for, especially it has that taste of hyderabadi street style.

Good dosa, tea, and curries. Employees are very humble and polite. Place looks clean, and there are five restaurant at the same location. This one is excellent for vegetarians!

Worst chicken dum hyd biryani ever had! No dum flavour, no taste at all, soggy chicken pieces. I dont recommend this place for Biryani lovers. Dont waste your money here. There are so many other places where good biryanis available. This place biryani incomparable to any other place biryanis.

This isn’t a restaurant, but a stall at an Indian food court. If you’re looking for the best biryani in the area, then Paradise is definitely where it’s at. On the other hand, if you’re with family and mainly interested in variety, then the food court is a worthwhile choice. The food isn’t the best in the neighborhood, but pretty decent — especially when it comes to non-vegetarian entrees. FYI: the spice levels are off the charts, so know when ordering that even ‘mild’ packs quite a punch and ‘medium’ is really only for those with a high-tolerance palate. This can get really annoying when water is self-serve and comes in tiny 8oz. plastic cups. almost to the point where take-out is the better option. Service is a bit lacking and could definitely improve. For a fast-food location, the staff certainly takes its time, and it’s not unrealistic to wait ~15−20 minutes. Don’t even bother asking for a time estimate, either; it’ll always be «just five minutes.» If you do find yourself waiting more than 20 minutes, check up on the vendor. more often than not, they’ve forgotten your order and skipped right past it, so the«reminder» ends up effectively being a re-order(and joke’s on you if you expect an apology out of it). The food is relatively good, and one of the better choices in the food court; be ready to put up with some mild headaches, though.

Visited this restaurant after i heard good review by work of mouth from my friends. This is one of the worst Indian restaurants you ever get in quality, taste, food and service. I don’t recommend going to this place at all to anybody. Food is simply tasteless and horrible. We ordered normal dum CB biryani and Special Andhra Biryani, both of them were bad no spice, no quality, not made of good basmathi rice, no dum in dum biryani and forget about ambiance. «Dont try at all not worth»

Ordered Veg Biryani for the first time. It was amazing. Usually most places don’t do Veg Biryani right. But these guys used the right amount of spices and it was delectable !! We have had dosas on previous occasions and that is amazing as well !!

I was looking for a dosa place and came across this place on Unilocal… to start off this is not a restaurant but a kiosk in the food court… people looking for good dinning experience… please avoid. On the whole the place was clean and the service was quick. I tried the andhra spicy dosa and vada idly combo… the food was good and fresh. but i didnt like the coconut chutney… dosas were baked to perfection and the red chutney was good. Attention — people with sensitive taste buds… please watch out. grab a coke or juice before tasting the sambhar… its super spicy.

Stopped by here yesterday and ordered a rava masala dosa. They took quite a while to start making the dosa even though we were the only customers. Dosa was tasty. Masala was served separately which I though was odd. Coconut chutney was ok but the sambhar was very good. Need to work on service and delivery time but otherwise good.
