Did my flowers for my wedding. Very professional. Exactly what I wanted. Easy to deal with. Delivered to venue right on time. Looked prettier than I expected, and I kept most of the flowers for over a week because they were so fresh!

Bad enough that the florist didn’t plan ahead to deliver flowers ordered more than 24 hours in advance of predicted bad weather to a location practically walking distance from their shop, but getting yelled at by the staff for expressing disappointment in the lack of service was the «icing» on the cake. YUCK!

I have placed several orders with Cattails, they are definitely the best value for the money. Anyone who has any experience with florist purchases can tell the quality and pride of work put into Cattails’ arrangements. Every time I have ordered they are prompt to deliver and I’ve never had an issue. It appears that the negative reviewer must have a personal agenda. I only heard about Cattails via word of mouth, this florist is one of the best kept secrets around.
