I have used the wash and fold service here many times. They are pricey, but do a good job. Sometimes the woman at the counter will give you an attitude, which is annoying. Sometimes she changes prices on items you’ve brought there before. I also use their machines. It is $ 2.25 for washing and .25 for 8 minutes with the dryer. Most importantly– this establishment is clean and they have wifi!

I happened to drive by this place and saw they take dry cleaning so I brought in a few coats. They were priced very cheaply… $ 3.25 each which I thought was very inexpensive for coats so I brought in my family’s coats. They did a great job with the dry cleaning and were friendly and nice. I went twice and was always charged the same for several coats. It didn’t matter how long the coats were or if they were womens or mens. Sign in the window was there saying it was a fall special. There was a slight issue, however, when I came and brought in my daughter’s 2 coats last week. They were no different than the other coats, shorter in fact. The regular person was not there and the person on staff did not seem to know what she was doing. I explained I brought several coats before and was always charged $ 3.25. She seemed to understand and I dropped off the coats and paid. Sign was still in the window btw. A few hours later I received a call stating I would be charged«regular price» of $ 11.00 per coat and that I had a balance at pick up. No explanation as to why I was being charged differently this time. It’s still fall and the sign is still in the window. I got the impression the person thought I was trying to dictate my own prices, which I wasn’t. If I hadn’t been there twice and was charged the same both times I could see the error but since I both times was the same price and it’s still fall I didn’t think it was a problem. I didn’t really want to make an issue about it because the call came while I was driving and I couldn’t talk. It’s not the price, it’s the way this was handled. No explanation, nothing. If the initial price was an error I’m sure they would’ve said something the two other times I was there but they informed me it was $ 3.25 per coat both times. If there is a limit on how many coats you can dry clean it should be explained. Nothing, even when I went in to pick up the coats. That would’ve been an opportunity to explain on their behalf and apologize for the confusion. Maybe it’s a way to get people in to do wash drop off, however I have washers and only need dry cleaning done occasionally. Taking the time to explain why the increase in price since it’s still fall and the sign is still in the window would have been nice. It’s the way to keep customers. Again, price here wasn’t the issue, the fact that they decided to charge differently with no explanation while the special is still going on is the problem.

I would give no stars or even negative stars if that was an option. The owner of this establishment needs a few lessons on professionalism and manners. My family and I went here to check out the place and the prices to see if it would fit our needs however upon walking in the owner immediately had an attitude when asking can I help you of which I responded no we’re just checking it out. She immediately asked why in a rude and unpleasant manner and stated that she was the owner so I said in response well you obviously don’t need my business then. She then said well if you don’t have clothes to wash then you can leave. More words were exchanged and my family and I left. She then proceeded to follow us outside and continue to exchange words with me as she was looking for a fight. I don’t see how you can run a business when potential customers coming in are greeted with utter disrespect. This establishment is by far the worst and with service like that it’s going to run straight into the ground to the gates of hell where she came from.

Clean and friendly environment. They have private parking behind the building, and there’s TV and wi-fi to keep you occupied while your clothes are washing. There are also a couple of decent options for food within walking distance.

Okay, they are a little pricier than I’m used to for laundry. But then again, I haven’t had to use a laundromat in two years, AND I was in a less desirable area of Los Angeles at the time. With that being said, I’ll gladly pay $ 2.25 per small load for a CLEAN facility like Just Come Clean. I’m here right now, waiting for my two loads to dry(25 cents for 8 minutes – pretty standard), and it is pristine inside. There’s one employee here, working hard on all the drop-offs, yet she took her time to explain EVERYTHING to me about the machines. She also fixed the change machine since it wouldn’t take my $ 10 bill. Total cost for 2 loads: $ 5.50 — I just threw most of my clothes in another dry cycle on perm press, as the low cycle hardly dried them at all. I see a sign on the door reading 50 cents off washers Tuesdays and Wednesdays, so I’ll try to come back one of those days next time. Note: this is a very small facility, but there is a small parking lot behind the building and I had no problem getting a machine right away.

The owner is the nicest lady, & there is always a pleasant person on site to help with unforseen difficulties. Lol. I have been coming here now about every two weeks for almost a year. They keep this place very clean and the machines do a good job. I would recommend this spot to any one looking for a laundry home: D Wash n fold is a little pricy. But they do a good job.

Not bad, it’s clean and gets the job done. Small. New machines. Wash and fold service. Someone’s always on the premises. Last wash 9:30.
