Currently work at toyota around the area so i order their breakfast and lunch nearly everyday. Im never disappointed. The food is not the best in the world but its nothing less than great. The prices are just as good. And for platters, they give more than enough for a very good price. The employees and owners are awesome as well. Very nice people. I hope they stay for good. I only have ONE problem and that is they take a little long with delivery and cooking. But you cant rush perfection. So ill keep ordering and ill keep waiting for those crispy bacon!! Keep up the good guys your food is awesome!

There have been several delis in this space in the past few years, some better than others, but I hope DJs is there to stay. Over all the food is very good and I’m almost always satisfied with my sandwich or meal.
Here is what you need to know:
The Good: it’s very affordable. The sandwiches have a TON of meat on them. They are also more than willing to customize your sandwich or make something special for you if you just explain what is on it. Also the hot food on the steam tables is also VERY good and the owners will let you try it if you are unsure if you’ll like it or not. The Bad: the ONLY drawback with this deli is the amount of time it takes to get a sandwich. All the meat is cut to order which means it’s fresh, but it also means you need to give yourself some extra time. This isn’t subway (and that’s a VERY good thing). One way you can avoid the long wait is to put your order in online, especially during the lunch rush when the place can get fairly packed (it is a testament to how good the food is).
All and all it’s very good and affordable so long as you factor in wait time in getting your order.

DJ’S is very convenient especially when you are unable to get out of work when the hunger strikes just pick up the phone order and wala delivery is at your work place in less than 20 mins food is delicious and always warm.

Food is great! Staff is super nice. Be prepared to wait it out, though. This place is no fast-​food joint. They make everything fresh and with great care. Definitely suggest checking it out if you’re in the area!

This place is amazing! The food is always fresh. The prices are extremely affordable. And the staff, who mostly consists of their family, go out of their way to make sure your meal and experience are a great one. I work nearby and order from this place at least 2 – 3 per week. I have never had a bad meal from here. Always delicious. Always fresh.
The salads and (grilled chicken) gyros are my favorite. Breakfast sandwiches are great too! Always always always fresh and extremely reasonably priced. Oh and the coffee is great too.

Because this place only serves fresh food… I recommend ordering ahead online so you don’t have to wait. It’s not a fast food joint so it takes time for them to prepare.

My wife and I stopped in on a Thursday afternoon, following a flight from Texas. We were visiting friends in Wood-​Ridge and had some time to spare. Also, the 9 peanuts we received on the plane weren’t cutting it.
The place was empty and very clean. We were kindly greeted, our order was taken, and bill was paid.
Within 10 minutes, they brought our lunch out. I had a chicken cutlet sandwich and my wife had a tomato and mozzarella sandwich. They were enormous and looked great. For the price (~$ 9 ea.), they were a great value.
The sandwiches were top notch. The chicken cutlet was cooked perfectly, tomatoes ripe, and all ingredients were fresh. Most importantly, the bread was excellent (slightly harder on the outside, soft on the inside).
When we were done, it was still quiet in there and the owner’s (who ended up being the ones whom took our order/​served us) came out to ask how everything was. This wasn’t a passive, «how was everything?» They were generally concerned that we were completely satisfied with our meal.
The owners (husband and wife) went on to tell us that they recently sold their food truck, which they operated for a couple decades, and took space in this location. Apparently it was another (failing) deli beforehand and they came in to revamp it. It is a pretty unassuming place and you could tell that some locals did not realize it had changed ownership. We chatted with the owners for a few more minutes and expressed how much we enjoyed the meal.
I will put it this way. We are from Austin, which is a very food-​focused city, and places that are just «good» don’t survive. We both grew up in the NYC-​metro area, so we know what a deli experience should be like. If this place was in Austin, it would do well and we would eat there often.

I had 4 sandwich platters catered for a party and everyone said they were very good and I agree. They provided condiments which was a plus. I will definitely be getting platters from here more often. I also have had the breakfast and lunch sandwiches and they were also very good, great family run deli the owners are very nice.

I must say Breakfast has been flawless each time I’ve gone. The eggs were perfectly cooked the bacon was crispy and not burnt and the home fries are distinctively good. I suggest the Omelette platter. By the way I had a special one a greek burger if you see it I suggest you get it you cannot go wrong and they deliver.
