The Cookie Garden

Awesome cookies and customer service. I bought gifts for my children’s teachers. They raved about the cookies and the beautiful arrangements. Flowers die but the memory of the taste of those chocolate chip cookies will last!

I ordered from The Cookie Garden on the internet for several years whenever there was a special occassion and I wanted to send friends and family something other than the usual. I have found the their customer service has been declining and no longer is meets my expectations. I ordered on a Thursday evening. The website clearly states orders are shipped out the same day if received by 2pm. I figured it would go out on Friday and paid for FEDEX overnight delivery service which was an additional $ 25. Turns out they were closed on Thursday and Friday and my order wasn’t shipped until Monday. I was never notified and when I called to find out what happened to my order and I was treated like it was not their problem they were closed on Thursday and Friday although they didn’t indicate that when I placed my order. Prices are getting a little high for the product you receive. Might be better off sending a fruit basket next time.

This place has all the cookies you could ever possibly want. And they are all fresh baked and delicious. They have lots of different varieties — but my favorite is the standard chocolate chip.
