This is probably worst carpet cleaner you can choose. Do not get attracted by their ads in local flyers they are all fake
It cost as much as stenley steamers. Also all stains removed during cleaning re appeared on my cArpet when it dried. They use cheap equipments that looks like bought after market.

I echo all the sentiments of previous posts. Dishonest, bait-​and-​switch from a pricing standpoint. The carpets do look clean though but I was disappointed to see that they didn’t put anything underneath my furniture to keep it off the wet carpet. Similar experience to others requesting quote. Original quote was around $ 150, out the door cost me $ 586. Technician was personable but that doesn’t make up for the fact that I got totally ripped off.

I used these people awhile ago!!! Run for your life!!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!

Absolutely horrible. Called off of ad in SaveOn magazine. Verified the $ 6.95 a room and $ 1 – 3 per stair plus $ 15 travel charge. As soon as they pulled up in my driveway I knew I was in trouble, should have went with gut, but same as other post, we already moved our furniture.
They spent more time writing up a ridiculous high quote than they spent actually cleaning. They tried to charge me $ 225 for 6 rooms and 15 stairs with their special «pre-​condition» to remove soil. I negotiated them down to $ 110 out the door, then caught them NOT using the «pre-​conditioner» I was paying extra for. They brought in huge machine instead of having a van based cleaner. Used my water. When they performed demo, they sprayed pre-​cond, scrubbed, then steam cleaned. I caught them not pre-​conditioning and then they try telling me they added it to their steam cleaning solution. I asked how is that a pre-​condition if you are steam cleaning at the same time, I then see one guy go out to car for the chemical they were supposed to be using all along. When they were leaving, the man removing their machine scratched/​gouged my hard wood floors, and then were denying they did it. He then tells me small scratches, can’t see them and pulls my throw rug over them. WHAT?! He then asks me to pay for his services, at this point I am still reeling over my scratched floors. Why would I pay you when it will cost me to fix my floors. I had them mark on their paperwork that they scratched my floors and gave me additional discount and would take care of floors at later time, so I pay them. They leave.
They come back 30 minutes later, ask my husband to see our copy of paperwork, and then write on our copy, «customer compensated for scratches» WHAT?!
I intervened, told the man I want his copy of the paperwork to make a new copy, he said no to call his manager, I said no I will call the police and file a police report. He then gave me his copy and I added my own blurb about them being responsible.
Run as fast as you can away from this company.

I called and explained I only wanted the basic service which runs $ 7 a room. I understood they would want to pretreat the area, but explained in advance that I would not want this service. They accepted the job, sent their service «professional» who tried to up-​sell me on services I didn’t want, even after I explained to his manager on the phone while he was there that I did not want extra services. I offered to end the appointment then, but the manager assured me they could provide the services I wanted. The service «professional» quoted me a price, and when I didn’t except it because I didn’t need sanitizer, etc., he became agitated. Then I made the huge mistake of saying I had used their services before when they were under a different name and had a good experience. The service «professional» began yelling at me that I insulted him and hurt his feelings. I asked him firmly to leave, but he would not leave yelling that he had to call his manager again and charge me a $ 15 fee. He refused to leave until I called the police. Then he had no problem getting out!
