Club Chapparal

I love this restaurant and always have. It’s one of my favorite places for a Friday night. Their buffet usually has four or five types of seafood. And if you’re like myself and are not a fan of seafood then you’ll be happy with their other buffet selections. Tonight I had a broasted chicken and a parmesean chicken that were both excellent.
The vegetable selection tonight was something I have never had before. It was a combination of corn, green peppers, onions, and bacon. It had a smoked flavor from the bacon and my mouth is beginning to salivate.
The waitstaff is always helpful and friendly no matter how busy they are. I wish I knew their names because they are some of the nicest waitresses I’ve encountered in this area.

The last time I ate here was on a Saturday Prime Rib Night. I ordered mine medium. it came extremely well done. I actually envied those that had the buffet. That prime rib looked pretty good. I will go again, but next time I will have the buffet.
